Was told I wouldn’t find a job making more than $12 an hour. Went out on my own and found a job paying me $22 an hour with great benefits. Love where I work. Glad I decided to not listen to what the lady told me and work in horrific working conditions. I’m sure the other people that work there are nice and helpful but the lady I worked with was rude and if I told her I wasn’t interested in some of the places she’s offered me an interview with, she would have an attitude and hang up on me. Don’t settle for a mediocre job when you know you can do better.

I am very disappointed with Elwood Staffing services. I went in April 2019 desperate to find a more suitable job to fit my needs. They had me fill out all of this paperwork however, never reached out to give me any updates on finding me a job. Thank God, I found another job myself. I just recently reached out again for a part time job. However, no one contact me on any seasonal jobs available.They are not equipped to find people a decent job nor dedicated to find jobs for the ones who need it. Please do yourself a favor and dont waste your time!

Most of my family has worked for this company through the Dollar General warehouse here in my home town Indianola Ms. and I have not heard one single good thing about this company, my niece worked for Dollar General for about two weeks before she had to call Ms. Courtney about her pay check, this lady was so rude to my niece calling her baby and telling her what she should already know yelling almost, that is not a way for a employer to speak to one of theyre employees the same thing happened when she was doing her paperwork yelling and telling her that she could not help her, my nephew experience the same thing when he started trying to work for Elwood this lady Ms.Courtney told him that if he could not get through the paperwork then he would not be a good fit for Elwood then hung up in his face, I just would like to know what kind of company would treat people like this yelling and hanging up the phone in your face this is very unprofessional for anyone to treat people this way. Yes this is a small town and some of our people are not great with computers but that does not give Courtney or anyone from Elwood the right to speak to people like this.

I signed up for forklift class at Holmes CC through Elwood thinking they would have a job lined up for me once I complete still no job I would have been better off going through 1st Class Staffing to get my certification they send their workers straight to work at Vantec if you’re thinking about doin the forklift class go to 1st Class instead this place doesn’t have a lot of work friendly staff just no jobs like they say
