Everyone is very professional. Dr. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I get very anxious at dentists offices so all of their kindness meant the world to me. I was highly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by all personnel and the kindness and concern for me and my particular condition. All my questions were answered in a very satisfactory way that was very understanding and helpful to me. My dentist showed great concerns for my particular needs and welfare. I was treated with utmost respect and tender care. My dentist was one of the best I have had in the many years I have been treated by dentists.

After gum checks for periodontal disease, the dental assistant presented me with an extensive treatment plan, even before being seen by the dentist! I feel any advanced treatments should be at the sole discretion and oversight of the dentist.. Also, after refusing the advanced $400 cleaning, they refused to do the basic cleaning.. Seems once you are deemed a perio patient, the free cleanings are no longer an option. IMO, the patient should have a say on what type of cleaning they receive, regardless of diagnosis.

Office very clean, staff very friendly and fast. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

Dr Sidhu and staff did an excellent job with a molar extraction. Swift, painless and no lingering effects. She is very pleasant to talk to and very professional in demeanor. This was my first experience with her and Iwas very impressed..

I think this was probably one of the best dentist experiences I’ve had. I’ve seen two different dentists there and both were very caring and Took the time to explain any and all issues and answered all my questions and did not seem rushed. Plus I didn’t wait nearly as long as I’ve waited at other places. I plan to keep using them and I just switched my husband to them as well.

Dr. Mike is the BEST dentist I’ve ever had and I’m 63 and I’ve had many dentists. He let’s you know what he’s doing and what to expect. I’m “allergic to pain” and he’s great at keeping numb & feeling no pain. Happy Patient-Virginia Warren

5 stars across the board. This place is very clean and has a nice, relaxing décor even in the bathroom. Their front desk staff is kind and thorough. And I cannot say enough good things about the care I received from DR. NGUYEN and TAY. These ladies were awesome!!...The dental dream team. Dr. Nguyen remembers who you are and the conversations you have and shes unrushed. You are not just a number here, but this place shows you true care. Even scheduling is a breeze and they are excellent with the cost breakdowns making sure you understand everything before and after treatment. Every time I walk out of there I leave with a smile.

First, I have not been to a dentist in over 20 years. I would rather watch grass grow than go to a dentist. My teeth were a mess, havent had them professionally cleaned since the late 90s. I told them what needed and they set me up with an appointment. Felicia gave me my first cleaning and she was amazing, didnt judge and she went to town. I actually saw nice teeth again with all the plaque gone. Next appointment I had two monster molars removed by Dr Binh. He novacained me big time. He removed my molars and there was no pain at all except a tiny pinch with the needle. He did a fantastic job and his assistant was also amazing. I totally recommend this dentist office. Everybody is so pleasant and welcoming.

Great experience dr. Mike is very thorough in explaining the process and keeping the environment calming. I got a root canal where the pain lasted abt a week but after that I was fine. The crown that was put in was not a hard process and looks great. The entire staff is friendly and prompt. No long wait times and just positive energy.

I just moved to the area and few months ago and hadn’t been to the dentist in years literally so my nerves were bad and I was embarrassed. But Victoria helped make the appointment so much more comfortable for me and Dr Binh was very patient with me and broke down everything. I even got a tooth extracted recently and was terrified he made the process easy. The prices are affordable as I don’t have insurance that’s where Ebony comes in at. She’s so positive, patient and understanding making the financing part of it enjoyable also with payment plans they offer it makes it easy to stay on top of my dental care now. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now! 10 out of 10.

Our experienced with the dentist at this office was less than pleasant. Dentist had one plan of treatment and was not willing to discuss options with us. Said thing to is that contradicted what he originally said.Appeared more about wanting money. Even after we expressed extraction...wasnt what he planned. Our details of pricing for his way only. Never included our request as an option.Last I knew doctors work for their patients. Obviously this doctor was working to pad his wallet. Not the first time with this experience...other family members have experienced this plan. No longer will any of our family be having our dental care at this office.

So far so good! I needed a new dentist after relocating to the Brandon area. After reading several reviews of other local offices I felt this place would be worth a shot. I went in for a simple cleaning and follow-up. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff as well as the professionalism of this office.

BEWARE-I went there last week and I have never experienced such pain at a dentists office. I believe her name was Dr. Sindhu but I could be wrong. I was in shock when I left. Crying so hard that i lost my breath. I am not a weak woman either. The dentist gave me a shot and that was very painful. When she pulled the tooth I was screaming in pain. I should have known not to go through with it. No doors on the rooms. You can see other patients as you walk by. Really old sink with white build up on the faucet. Soap in a bottle that had separated into 3 sections. Office staff was nice. The front desk wanted me to set up another appt and I told her that I am never going back there. I have never felt such pain at a dentist before. I was so distraught that I drove home without wearing my glasses and didnt realize it till I found them in the car the next day.

I scheduled a cleaning and they did not clean my teeth. I was in the office for over an hour and a half. I told them I did not want periodontal testing, I only wanted the cleaning I scheduled. The dentist wouldnt even see me until the periodontist put a needle under all of my teeth, which I specified that I did not want multiple times. They gave me an estimated bill over $400. I told them I could not afford the special cleaning they recommended and asked if I could just get my regular scheduled cleaning, and they said no. They still charged me a copay of $15 (its supposed to be $5 with my insurance. They said it was an additional PPE charge.), and I left without having my teeth cleaned. I will not be returning. Do not go here.

I’m only leaving one star because there’s no option to leave zero stars. I scheduled my new patient appointment for 4:00PM on Monday, Feb 22nd...I scheduled online, on their website, on Sunday, Feb 7th. I received a confirmation e-mail that same day. I also received a confirmation e-mail on Feb 8th and Feb 15th. Then, today Feb 16th, I received an e-mail stating that I have a new appointment time of 3:30PM. I promptly called the office to find out if there had been a mixup of some kind. No, that was not the case. I was told “We don’t have appointments at 4:00PM, we close at 5:00PM and that’s not enough time for a new patient.” Well, according to your website, where new patients are able to schedule, you have a 4:00PM appointment slot. “Yeah, we’ve been trying to get that fixed.” Needless to say, I canceled my appointment. There was plenty of time for someone to call me about changing my appointment time. I never received a phone call...instead, I received an e-mail less than a week before my appointment telling me that my appointment time has been changed. Unacceptable. My husband already had his first appointment there and was perfectly satisfied with the care he received. Unfortunately, he will not be returning and we are looking for a new dental office.

I had the same experience as several of the other one star reviewers. I scheduled a cleaning which was overdue due to Covid. I was willing to schedule a scaling and further periodontal care but I wanted a cleaning ASAP and I would schedule the periodontal care after my insurance changed. The only service they would provide was $500 scaling. In addition they charge a $10 fee because of PPE. Every business is spending revenue on PPE but these chain dental practices get to pass along the cost to patients...crazy! Find a local independent dentist dont deal with chains that have perfected the add ons and have highly trained hygienists who are, in fact, pushy sales professionals.

Dr. Nguyen squeezed me in to make sure my smile was just the way I wanted it and even stayed at the office past closing so I could swing by and pick up my retainer. On Christmas Eve to top it off! Im am so impressed at the level of customer service and passion this team has for their job and how much each one goes above and beyond. Thank you!I highly recommend this dental practice! The ladies at the front are absolute dolls and Angel is the sweetest receptionist! All of the dental assistants are friendly, efficient, and reassuring when responding to patient questions. I have yet to meet one that I dont like! My specific dentist is Dr. NGuyen and she has exceeded my expectations in helping me pick the right services! You will not be disappointed when going to this practice!

Let’s preface this review by saying I am pleased the the doctor and the hygienists staff I see when I go into the office. Usually that would render a 5 star review; however, I and giving the office front desk staff Angel a 1 star/ a “0” if I could. She needs to be customer service trained. If she is your first of contact person for your office, then you Advanced Dental Care of Brandon is making a mistake. She is rude and very short in her responses. For example: I called to inquire about my appointment and she seemed annoyed with my questions. She answered my questions with a question and she was short/abrupt in her response to me. I hope the phone calls are recorded. This will greatly help in Angel and management hearing how she speaks to customers that are paying her hourly wage. If she was having a bad morning, then her bad morning is not my fault. Please talk with your front seat staff and reset exceptions on professionalism at Advanced Dental of Brandon, otherwise I will have remove myself and my family from this office. I just don’t want myself or my family to feel uncomfortable when calling or coming into the office and having to get attitude over the phone or at the desk. Thanks.

Compassionate care and a deep commitment to high quality and exquisite work. I am a relatively new patient of Dr. Mikes and his professional team. Dr. Mike is an artist and obviously loyal to perfection. I admire his personality, sense of humor, and commitment to his profession. He appears to expect the same of his team as he was a encouraging guide and teacher throughout each visit. Dr. Mike and his team are compassionate professionals. On my last visit, less than two weeks ago, I suffered a panic attack at the very moment that Dr. Mike needed me to be still. I sincerely thought I was having a heart attack and would die helplessly in that chair. Dr. Mike, being astute professional, immediately stopped and compassionately talked me through it very calmly and kindly. He assured me I would be okay and explained what was happening. His team was just as kind. I quickly returned to normal. I was not shamed. Nobody gave me a look of pity. I was treated with respect and understanding. I have a high regard for Dr. Mike and his team. I recommend them 100%.

I went in as a new patient who has not missed a dentist visit. I was told my treatment for a cleaning was going to be over $400. It was very disappointing and very hard to believe that I needed that level of treatment. I decided to go to another dentist paid out of pocket for exam and was able to get a cleaning thats included in my insurance plan.

Dr. Mike and his staff is amazing.. friendly, great customer service. One of the best Dentist that I ever had.. Kudos to the entire staff. Especially Whitney, Erica, Tae whos new to the crew.. Front desk Clerks awesome job on getting me in when I need care. oh yea I cant leave out Kyle I just love him..

I went in just for a check-up and the whole time was a great experience. From the knowledge staff that helps you understand things that needs to be done and in a way that fit you best. In addition to the wonderful receptionist that help answer payment options and of courses everything is done with a smile. Definitely recommend them and going back for all my dental needs.

The staff members at this location were very friendly. Wait times were reasonable and I was able to get an appointment at a convenient time. Honestly enjoyed watching the shows on TV while I waited and during the exam itself. Definitely passes the time whole youre getting this all done. The staff was also informative enough without making you feel like theyre selling products, which I definitely appreciated. Im glad I went and will continue to do so.

I really like this office. I had an emergency losing my front veneer. They got me in the same day and put in a temporary tooth. Then they put a rush on the new one and my smile looks great 9 days later. Dr. Nguyen and her assistant Cortney are very nice, and personable. I recently moved to Florida and had no idea where to go for dental care, Advanced Dental was highly recommended to me. To my delight they were very professional and did a great job making me feel comfortable as well as well taken care of. One of the employees angelica called to confirm my appointment as well as remind me to bring all my info which was much needed considering I almost forgot about the appointment. Do not make appointments with this doctors office after researching dentists through my insurance website, requesting an appointment after seeing that they were accepting new patients then filling out their extensive form I receive a call from their office 10 days before my appointment & after waiting a month to get in with them to tell me that they no longer accept my insurance!!! BIG NO FOR THEM I would not refer them to NO ONE!! Not trustworthy if they can not be honest up front!!

Went in for a check up, I was treated very kindly,the staff are amazing.. I was told a variety of solutions,and options to my dental needs.. Long story short,today only 2 weeks after my first visit,I have my full upper partial.. I highly recommend Advanced Dental for all your dental needs.. Thanks guys for my new smile!!

Best best best doctors in town. Invisalign was reasonable I work out of town and they were flexible with my schedule and thorough!!! Couldn’t ask for more!!! I fully recommend!!K

I was at their office today but very concerned that staff prioritized their personal appointments instead of their patients. I text and call to let them know I was late due to a work related matter out of my control. Switching to another office and hope their personal life pays your bills. Absolutely not the way to treat clients or customers.

Today I had a temp crown put in and I loved their service. Cortney (Dr. Nguyens assistant ) and Dr. Nguyen are both extremely wonderful professional ladies. I was treated with kindness and consideration. I have used other dental offices, but I always return to Advanced Dental for their superior care.

I chose this dentists because it was the only non-franchise/non-corporate practice my insurance was accepted at in the area. Unfortunately, I still got a corporate feel to it. While there are positives to corporate run facilities (ex: standard of care, accountability, etc.), I felt the wait time was too long and they came across pushy on additional services that I didn’t feel necessary (since no other dentist ever recommended it to me previously). I felt they were focused on selling products. The time with the dentists was good and made himself available to answer any questions I had. I will give another try, as they recommended a four month recheck, but if same service and wait time, then will probably look for another dentist.

Dr Mike is great. Recommends but doesn’t pressure you. Nate is an awesome dental hygienist. Very gentle. Best in Brandon if you ask me.

I was referred to Advanced Dental Care by my good friend Tiffany Sweeney who has the most beautiful pearly whites I have ever seen. I had been going to another dentist in Wesley Chapel where I live and the receptionist was friendly on occasion the receptionist and the dentist was always trying to sell my procedures that I did not think I needed. Needless to say I was excited to try Advanced Dental Care and experience the customer service and expertise that Tiffany raved to me about.Upon entering the office, I was greeted by Keirra who was warm and welcoming with her big smile. I was a tad lost and about ten minutes late and worrying my appointment would be cancelled but she reassured me that I was fine. Then I was brought back by Taye, she is a funny and genuine person who makes you feel at ease while providing professional dental assistance. Dr. Binn is down to earth and has a very calming demeanor. He also did not try to upsell me on things that I did not need which was great because now I can afford to get whitening which still is a sale for them in the end. Lastly, my check out experience was very pleasant with Angel. She was very accommodating when scheduling my next appointment with my busy work schedule. overall, I highly recommend Advanced Dental Care, all of its wonderful staff and am happy to have a new Dentist office that I trust.

If you have problems in your mouth, please let them look, they will do everything they can to get you back happy again with your smile. I haven’t stopped smiling since i left and i also want to thank them for breaking a 15 year long fear of visiting the dentist! Don’t worry guys I’ll be back for my 3 week check up! ❤️

I see why the reviews are bad. Called to make an apt. Was told I would get a call back because my insurance wasnt on file. They had a opening the next day because some how you guys are busy till April. Dont know how. No call back. Thanks. Ill take my business somewhere else. Dont waste your time at this place.

Great facility Ive been coming here for years and see Dr. Mike and Kyle is my hygienist. This week had to take my 7 year old son in for his first time at the big boy dentist and Dr. Nguyen was patient and very attentive. They worked him in for his cleaning without me having to return for a separate appointment.

This office is amazing! The staff is very friendly and make you feel very welcomed. My husband and I both visit this office and are beyond impressed with the level of professional care we receive. I needed to have work done and the treatment plan was laid out clearly for me in advance, along with cost of each procedure. I cant say enough positive things about the office and the staff. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a new dentist.
