Never showed up, says they tried to call. Not 1 call from them, its easy to check caller ID and confirm that they lie. Had to have Samsung ticket assigned to another company. It took me calling 4 times and Samsung calling twice for this company to even call me on the day they were scheduled to come. Now they say they can come next week. Dont waste your time with these people.
Completely inept technician misdiagnosed the problem. Second visit brought the wrong part. I was still charged for the initial visit and $30 over list price for the part. Samsung should find a more reliable warranty/repair service
COMPLETE ELECTRONIC SPECIALISTS, INC. Owner was Formerly operating under the name Electronic Services. This is the only company Samsung uses in my area, as such this company has a monopoly and has no motivation to treat customers good. They are rude, they lie, the hang up on you, they dont call you back, they scream at you, and they cancel your repair tickets as retaliation for questioning them even if they are wrong. They are literally the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. You will probably have no choice but to deal with this company is you have a Samsung product under warranty, but if you have choice..... Do not walk, but run from this company.
This company is very unprofessional. Janice from the call center is very rude. She even hung up the phone and was disrespectful multiple time. On the other hand, Tomas the technician, was very nice and helpful.
Id do ZERO if I could. Home Depot set up an appointment with them. They dont show up or answer the phone. Zero communication. Took off work to sit here for nothing. All their numbers are disconnected or they go straight to voicemail. No clue why HD/Samsung would associate with this company. Pathetic.
This company is absolutely horrible. They dragged out a Samsung repair over a month. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well as documented all of this with Samsung. If this is who you have coming out, tell Samsung no, the reviews and complaints with the BBB make you doubt their ability. Stay away!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!Played phone tag for a week to get an appointment for them to come out and repair my Samsung French door refrigerator. Once I got to actually speak to a person it took 2 weeks to get an appointment.Service tech came out looked at appliance said they had to order a part couldn’t fix that day.. took another round of phone tag and a week to get them out again. ( 4 weeks without a freezer if your counting). On the Second trip the teach repairs my fridge. However within one week the freezer quit again. I have been calling and playing phone tag all day again today since 9 am.. still tryingUpdate-been yet another week and still waiting!!
Would not honor 2 year service warranty on 19 month old Samsung television because the receipt from QVC didnt have the model number on it, although I was able to track it down from QVC and spoke with Samsung regarding the issue; I was told to report them to the warranty company as declining my ticket
Very unprofessional. Never returns voice messages. Never answers phone calls. Called every day for 5 days with no response. How Samsung allows this OEM to represent them is crazy.
This company needs to be investigated by Samsung. They are without question one of the most unprofessional companies Ive used. At least 5 times over the past year theyve closed my Samsung tickt and cost me a days work waiting for them to not show. They play some phone game where they set appt a month in advance but its not really an appt, theyll call that day to tell you when theyll be there and if you dont answer. They close the ticket.im going to contact attorney. Theyve cost me alot of money breaking appointments
No one answers the phone or returns voicemails - we need to alter Samsung that this authorized repair center is not good for the brand.
Horrible company and as bad as other reviewers point out
Im having an issue with a Samusung top loader. Service tech was in and out in 3 minutes and all he did was run a diagnostic test and found there to be no error code. I am having an issue with lack of water in wash wash cycle. There is no possible way to wash clothes in little water and he offered no help. His attitude was horrible also.
I have a new Samsung Refrigerator that was in need of repair under warranty. The temp was staying about 4 or 5 degrees above the setting. This company is a repair center that handles some warranty work for Samsung and this was scheduled by the company the appliance was purchased from and Samsung. At first, they were extremely friendly...scheduled the service call...and arrived on time. Brandon, the original tech, came to my house went to the settings on by screen and said your sensor is bad in about a minute. It was reading 34 degrees, but the actual temp was 39. He said they replace sensor and the main board in these situations. When the parts arrived, another service tech came and did the install. Well, the problem still exist and the temp is still 5 degrees warmer than the setting.I let it go for 2 weeks because I was busy. I called to get them back out and I was told by Heather that they replace the sensor and board and they were basically done. She said most likely there was nothing wrong with the unit to start off and this is within the range required by Samsung. WRONG! Why would a 5 degree difference be a broken sensor and/or board when they were getting paid, but it is within range when they needed to do a follow-up??? I asked if one sensor was bad why could the second sensor not be bad as well? She once again stated that original sensor was probably not broken to start off with. She also told me that she would not send her tech back out and gave me names of a couple other companies if I wanted someone else to come out. When I stated it sounds like you guys just take your money and run...and that the company is stealing from Samsung if you are replacing parts that are not broken...she finally said she would have someone come back out, but I needed to get Samsung to issue another ticket. She is rude as the other reviews have stated. When she is not trying to get your business, she talks over you and will not listen. I have already discussed this issue with company I purchased the unit from and will also be calling Samsung to discuss my experience. This is unacceptable.
Today I spoke with the owner of this business, Heather Vanderford. First, this woman, is incredibly rude. Loudly speaks over you each time you try to ask a question.Complete Electronics has been out to our house 3 times to service a broken Samsung dryer. Each time the technician has been onsite for less than 10 minutes and left, reporting the issue was fixed. Each time the dryer was non-working within one load. We have spent hundreds of dollars with Complete Electronics, only to still have a non-functioning dryer. Heathers conversation with me included her loudly telling me that she is the Samsung rep and if we didnt like our dryer then it wasnt her problem. This company is a scam. If Samsung tech support tells you they need to send a technician from Complete Electronics then insist they use a different company.
Bad customer serviceThey don’t have any kind of respect for CustmorsNever call or show on time say oh we have the wrong numberDo not go to them if you want to west your time & money
This review is for Complete Electronic Services:There was a breakdown in communication between Heather, the technician, and myself. My husband had called Complete Electronic Services to have our Samsung front loader washing machine examined. We understood that we would have to pay 95.00 for the initial review of the washing machine. Apparently, Heather gave the technician a ticket number for another customer’s paperwork concerning their refrigerator, and the technician gave me the paperwork, and told me to call Samsung with the ticket number so they can review the pictures that he uploaded to Samsung. I called Samsung with the ticket and they said it wasn’t my washing machine, but a refrigerator of another customer. I was on the phone with Samsung for approximately 45 minutes, the Samsung worker was trying to clarify the confusion. Upon getting off the phone with Samsung, I left a message for Heather asking her what my ticket number is, and I mentioned I was confused by the process having paid the 95.00 dollars.Heather phone me back and was telling me that I didn’t have a ticket because the washing machine isn’t under warranty. I communicated to Heather that I was confused by the chain of events, and that there was a breakdown in communication between she, her technician and me. While I was expressing my concerns, Heather kept interrupting me, raising her voice, and taking zero responsibility for the confusion that occurred as a result of her poor communication. I did finally say I would accept my responsibility concerning the miscommunication, and Heather responded that she would reimburse us the 95.00 dollars, and I thanked her. Heather also stated ” This is why I don’t deal with people who don’t have a warranty!” Well, shouldn’t Complete Electronics change their business plan?Well, the 95.00 dollars hasbeen withdrawn from my account, and I have yet to see any evidence of it being redeposited. This was an awful experience, Heather was extremely unprofessional, and took zero responsibility for the miscommunication. So much for the customer always being right! I recommend this business to no one.
