Recently made the switch to Cosaint Technologies for our security software after we had a couple of breaches. We got our holes patched. Our package was more than just not clicking links and having long passwords along with anti-virus. Theyve been super responsive to the few questions we have had, pricing is reasonable, going through the designing of the system took a little effort but overall highly recommend.

We hired Cosaint to manage our companys IT and redo our phone system and they have actually been phenomenal. You always get worried that once you sign up with someone, the promises of great service turn out hollow but that really has not been the case. They answer their phones quick with the actual technicians who work on whatever we need which is a big relief from our last experience. Its nice to have everything managed under a single provider - no companies to point fingers at each other because they just do it all.

Great company to work with. They have been transparent and knowledgeable... its nice to finally have a team respond right away to keep things running smoothly.

After having Cosaint take over tech for a while now (they used to call it Xpedeus)... Im embarrassed to admit the holes we had in our setup with the typical antivirus our IT guy set up. Not thrilled realizing we basically had none of the (to be fair, expensive) services checking everything our entire network does and makes us confirm logins on our phones. But Ive read thats how the ransomware is prevented which happened to a business near us.Theyre definitely not cheap. But I think we really need true pros these days. Also they actually answer their phones almost immediately even after were doing business with them - who does that?

My company has been using Xpedeus for nearly a year now in both of our locations. They have been very easy to work with and they have saved me quite a bit over our old service. I highly recommend Xpedeus!

After we signed, our salesman went MIA. I would email him and he would forward my emails to tech support. When I emailed him again and asked him not to involve tech support, he had his father (also the VP) call me. I have never seen a salesperson so averse to speaking to a client after the sale. No follow up, no thanks for your business, just crickets. So my only communication has been with tech support, which has been chaotic at best. Some days theyre great, other days they ignore tickets until you escalate them. Service has been better lately, but the first several months were awful. At this point we remain a client only because I dont want to endure another transition to an unknown provider. As they say, better the devil you know.

Peter was prompt and patient with us through the whole process and right there when we had any questions. Even after our move we have the confidence that we can reach out to them at any time and find the help we need, not like with most companies today where customer service is non existent. After many years of terrible service from several other major internet and phone service providers, we discovered and switched to Xpedius. They found a way to build infrastructure out to our location (at an airport) that brought high-speed internet with all its speed and reliability (we were seriously still on DSL just a few years ago!). Our business runs almost solely on internet based software, so this was a huge issue for us.You can always call and get a friendly rep on the phone that knows who you are before you even tell them, they are quick to respond, and you can tell they genuinely care. I literally just told one of the reps the other day that I wish all vendors were this easy to work with - and I meant it! On time, on budget, and exactly as they say it is going to be. Couldnt everything just be that in life!? Love this company...truly.
