I have known Brian for over 5 years and dealing with him is easy because he knows what he is doing. He handles the parties professionally and is able to communicate effectively so that all parties understand what the process is in buyer and selling of businesses and/or real estate. When there is an issue, he doesnt dodge it, but rather he handles it straight on. I inquired about a business online and received a call from Bill Blair. First thing he tells me is I can’t see or discuss any financial information without making an official binding offer on the business. This is a ridiculous demand to make without knowing ANYTHING about the business. He than went on to argue with me and said I was “just a tire kicker” and trying to get access to sensitive information. He was very incompetent, combative, and rude on the phone right from the beginning. I would avoid using him as a buyer OR seller of a business.
