My husband made an appointment last week so they could come and redo my headliner on my 2011 Honda Accord for Friday July 9,2021. I stayed up assuming they would come since an appointment was made. Of course a NO CALL NO SHOW! Let alone when the appointment was made there was no time frame whatsoever we had to wait closer to Friday to receive a time from which was never GIVEN. Let alone the manager had the audacity to say that he was on vacation for 2 weeks and his daughter had his phone so of course she was running the business and not communicating with customers that made appointments to give them common curiosity that her father wouldn’t be showing up to his appointments due to vacation. Poor excuse and poor work ethic. Thank god i didn’t reschedule after seeing other bad reviews. Do better SIR !

Really sorry I called this guy. He charged $285 to leave my car in a state worse than when he started. When I told him this was NOT acceptable he said that anything other than what was over my head was an additional $150 and that he couldnt do it now anyway! Yeah right. I would leave negative stars if I could.

They repaired my 2009 Honda Accord tan roof liner. He was professional and highly experienced. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Its a great family owned business, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile roof liner repair professional.

No complaints. He returned my call the same day and set up an appointment for the next morning. Took about the time he said it would, cleaned up great and explained the whole process and what to do/expect over the next few days. Headliner service isnt cheap, and if you get it cheaper you get what you pay for!Cant go wrong with this one, definitely recommend to anyone who wants it done right the first time.

100% pleased with the quality of the headliner, it was done in a very timely manner i didn’t have to switch my plans for the day around and the guy was super nice and professional, the interior of my car looks brand new again and i don’t have to have thumbtacks in my roof! definitely recommend to anyone looking to replace or fix their headliner, the price was very doable as well.

My 2016 Camry had a spot that two detailers tried to take out which left a successively larger water spot. Bill had the exact color matching fabric on his truck. An hour and a half later and on a Saturday, the car looks perfect. I am very pleased and would use them again as well as recommend them.

Fantastic job! It took 2 weeks to find the odd color I needed (scarlet red) for my 1991 Buick Reatta, but Morgan and his helper did the job quickly and it looks like new! Matched the old visors perfectly. I definitely recommend this company!

Wonderful service! Very professional as they showed up on time and the job was done so fast its like they werent even there. I have a 2006 Honda Accord and the technician said that the Accords and Civics go bad frequently... well mine did and he made it look brand new. Being able to have a mobile service like this is great. Although I hope I never have to have another replaced, if it does happen Ill definitely be using them again.

Morgan, Bills son in law, came to my office, plugged into the electric and had my new headliner installed in about 90 minutes. A 3 year warranty is provided, which I trust wont be needed. The new material, amazingly, matched exactly and the new headliner looks great. Was much cheaper than going to the shop recommended to a co-worker by the car dealer! If it falls down in less than 3 years, Ill update and revise my review.Update: Headliner still, as of August 21, 2018, perfect!

Didnt seem like there was too much communication with the tech and the person I talked to on the phone when I set up my appointment. The tech tried to tell me that he wasnt aware he would be doing my sunroof as well even though I had clearly stated it when setting up my appointment. When I told the tech how much I was quoted he laughed. I think he kind of disrespted me because I look 15 even though I am 18, he would straighten his act up when my mom was around. The tech did my headliner in the rain despite many attempts to try to move my car into my garage. I was very worried because he kept leaving my car doors open in the rain. In the end he got the job done and it looks pretty good but it was stressful along the way.

Very unprofessional!!! Terrible customer service!!! I wish I could write a review based on the quality of their work, however they never showed up to do any work at all. I called the number listed online, made an appointment for a specific day and time, and they arrived at my home on the wrong day at the wrong time, when I was at work. When I received the message they had been at my house to do the work, I called back and reminded them of the original appointment, and they assured me they would be out. They NEVER showed up after I waited all evening. I do not understand how you conduct business like this, and still are in business. STAY AWAY!!! I will tell everyone I know to beware of this company!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Found the service on craigslist. He showed up on time and did an excellent job replacing the headliner in my Ford Explorer. It looks identical to the factory headliner. Bill is very professional and I would use him again for any headliner needs! He is mobile so the job is completed in the driveway saving you the hassle of waiting while it is replaced.

WORST JOB EVER DONE TO MY CARHe never showed up to my house on the day he said he would. Then he never showed up on the next day either. I had to reschedule a few times for him to finally come to my house. Before he came I gave him the specific type of cloth and the type of car that I had and he showed up with the wrong cloth. Then I said whatever, he might as well put it on the headliner of my car. The first step is to do the sun roof. As he was taking the sun roof cover out he pulled out the rubber pieces under the sunroof. These rubber pieces cover the mechanism of the sun roof. It covers all the gears and knobs. Then when he was pulling the sun roof out he broke one of the four clips that keep the sun roof visor in place. I had to go all the way to the Napleton VW which were the people who had the part in stock. Then I brought it to him and he was putting the pieces back and everything went fine. He left after that. Then I looked up and the pieces that should cover the mechanism, the pieces he took off first were missing. ????????? He would not respond to his texts, if you still go for the service after this review make sure to not request Caleb.

Made an appointment over the phone to have my husbands truck headliner replaced today. No one showed, someone was supposed to call to let me know when they would come. When I called this morning, they tell me I did not have an appointment. This was part of his Christmas gift. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
