Allstate is not refunding our unused portion of policy because they illegally put it in our buyers name before we closed on our house. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend this office or company.

My wife bought an insurance policy for our dog with Shelly at this office. Little did we know our current renters insurance already covered our dog. She called to let them know we needed to cancel it. We did that wasnt the problem. The problem is our refund check was not the amount we were expecting but much less. Shelly failed to inform us of the 25% charge when cancelling a policy. If we had know this we would have kept it. She called and explained this to Shelly and she said she would look into it as she has never head of such a charge. This was nearly 6 weeks ago (if not more). My wife has called left messages with no return calls. Weve even called asking for Stephen Briggs but no call back. We find this extremely unprofessional and the lack of communication is unbelievable.

Never felt so uncomfortable before by the man with the beard. Came in there during my lunch break with my co worker for a few questions and was completely turned off by the man with the red beard. Kept making inappropriate jokes, staring at my friends chest while he spoke to her. Just overall a creepy vibe. Speak to anyone else except him if you’re a female

Worst insurance company. The guy with the red beard is such a creep. I was working on a policy with one of the girls that work there. He stopped her halfway through and said he will take over. He had me go into his office and he shut the door. After 5 min of him flirting with me and telling me how good I looked in my dress I walked out.
