As a client for over 20 years, I am absolutely disappointed with the service we received on a recent/current claim. This is a flood claim, in which temporary housing was involved, and everything from phone calls. Incompetent adjustors, lack of follow up and ultimately delays in payment were involved. We were specifically told by Warren yesterday 7/14/20 that payment would be overnighted today and received by Thursday 7/16/20. We followed up today to get the tracking number he told us he would have - only to be told the payment was mailed out today and scheduled to be delivered Monday 7/20/20 by 8pm? Of course the contractor is calling, texting and emailing for payment for completed work (rightfully so). 4 months, numerous broken promises and more than a handful of Im sorries! If you are OK with paying premiums and NEVER have to make a claim, Runnels Insurance is the company for you.

They will always let me know if I have a better option available to me and will work with me so I understand my options. Ive been working with Ashley at Runnels Insurance for almost a year now and at every step of the way, she has provided nothing but excellent service. Shes been very responsive, consistent and helpful for all our insurance needs and finding the best deals. I dont imagine us working with another agent.
