I loved it. People were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.

HAVE BEEN WITH RTR WELL OVER 35 YEARS SAID ENOUGH !

Went to RTR first of February, was told taxes would be printed and available for pick -up in a week,nope never got a call waited till March 9th,oh got them printed then, well my check was cashed promptly, them never got a confirmation from IRS taxes were filed until again multi phone calls, the taxes are sent electronically March 26th, Do yourself a favor find someone more on the Ball, last year was the same had to go to the office and demand my taxes, sorry Tony you were ok, But, Never again will I subject myself to this lack of customer service. I only write reviews when I have been wronged and RTR has wronged me.

I normally do not write reviews, but after the excellent service & prompt assistance I received, I felt it was necessary. I did not have an appointment, but RTR was able to help me prepare my taxes, on the 4/15.
