Lin & the Hispanic woman has bad customer service!!! They’re so rude to the customers. They have an attitude & no smiles at all every time I come there while Lorraine the older lady (I think that’s how you spell her name) is the sweetest person ever!!!! Always treats me with courtesy & a positive attitude. She loves having friendly conversations with customers & building a bond with them. Always smiling & always nice when I come, opposite from her other employees... they need to let Lorraine train her co-workers how to treat customers nicely.
This is place is absolutely disgusting!! Whoever is running this place should be embarrassed of the employers they have working for them, Leanne is extremely rude and very unprofessional if any of my employees were ever to speak or have the attitude they have I will fire them on the spot, who ever runs this center should re evaluate there staff. I will be contacting corporate. Thank you
NEVER GO TO THIS USPS, I was trying to mail some envelope. At first the person who was service me, she took the two envelope and I ask if I could put tacking on it gave me a slip to fill out .After filling everything up I went to the next lady and said we cant sent this envelope . As she bends my mail as I told her countless times do not bend it . As the other lady next to her gave me some attitude and rechecked the other ones and said we cant send them now. I told them I am sending Cards . As I watch her keep bending my mail and old her to stop . With unbelievable bad service and even checking if I had everything right they didnt take all 3 of my letter because and messed everything up . Unable to check the mail before they had to double check m they cant even do there job the first time .They cant listen or understand anything and cant even do there own job and had to back track my mail that was already was accept .
Worst USPS in the country. Sometimes their drivers get lazy and they give some fake excuses on why they couldnt deliver the mail. The latest one is could not access the delivery location really? Id understand if it was bad weather but it was sunny. Awful service.
DETACHED MAIL UNIT-COMMERCE DRIVE. Ive never had as poor an experience in any store, or USPS Office, as I recently did in the Braintree Annex with Bob and Zach. They were rude, unhelpful, and the list goes on. Im in shock because Ive never had anyone talk to me the way these two did. One issue was not receiving mail for nearly 5 weeks. I was sure I had to be misunderstanding their response, so I asked them if they were saying I just had to take it which they literally said yes. I want to state that I was NOT rude, NOT pushy but was persistent because I was trying to solve the issue. Zach looked to see if I had any mail and found several letters....just sitting there, and Ive no idea for how long. He offered to drop it off at my house, and I thanked him but told him Id pick it up after work. I went to the annex after work and no one knew anything about it. Nice. After a long day at work. I called him the next day about it and he said he left it in the store. I asked what he meant by that because I didnt know. I asked him where was it, and he said the post office in my town near where I live. How was I suppose to know that? How was I suppose to know what the store is if they dont tell me? Niether Bob nor Zach were able to solve why Im not receiving my mail, and they told me there wasnt anything they could do to help me, and that Id just have to accept it. Im still in shock. One of them said in a previous conversation that he knew the people that work in my regular location and agreed theyre rude and mistreat people that go in there, and said hes seen it many times. I asked why didnt they do something about it, and he said they couldnt. They couldnt do anything about it. There are some routes that do not have a regular carrier so anyone can take it on any given day. Those are referred to as box routes, if I understood them correctly. This means if no one wants to do it on any particular day, that the area will not receive mail that day but that they try to see that they get it the next day, but theres no guarantee. I asked for a phone number because I wanted to speak to someone else about an issue they wouldnt help with or unwilling to, and they said theyre not allowed to give that number out. More like they were just covering their behinds, but thats ok. I got it on my own without their help. Anywhere else and these guys would find theirselves without a job. Theres been a lot of talk about privitizing the usps. I was never for it before, but I am now.
Had a great customer service experience today on my visit to the post office. Bob helped me out and solved my problem! (Had a piece of mail forwarded to me that didn’t belong to me, rather belonged at the program address.)I also watched him help a previous customer who was in distress due to passport issues. He handled things calmly and helped the customer find a solution to her problem. This guy deserves a raise!!
Been going here for YEARS, everyone working here is so nice. Never had any complaints. Super helpful staff!
The worst post office in Massachusetts. Constantly massive lines for no reason. Employees are rude whenever asked a question. They never even have any pens available to address your postage. Drive to the next town instead of coming here.
Postal annex has repeatedly lost packages or inadvertently forwarded packagers someplace else. They take no ownership for their errors. No wonder why the constantly need a government bailout.
Horrible customer service, rude, just nasty. Avoid at all cost they are pure demon spawn!
Lin was very helpful and pleasant!!!
Leanne is super rude, unhelpful and obnoxious. The other ladies are actually really nice. I feel bad that they even have to work with her because she isn’t nice to them either and will call them out right in front of customer (no filter) smh. Just retire or resign if you don’t want to work. Stop aiming to make others unhappy because you are.
Package was delivered but no one was home to sign it off, so we requested they send it the next day (despite us having plans). We stayed home downstairs all day listening to the doorbell and even sat on the phone for hours! It never got delivered! Very frustrating.
I would not come back here. I was in line and greeted the employee at the desk when it was my turn. She rudely snapped at me “I’m not ready for you yet” while waving her finger up toward me with an attitude. Very rude customer service. I would not recommend coming here if you want friendly employees.
Extremely rude and lazy, this is why I never ship with them for any kind of shipping, but I had no choice with a return. Not only are they rude, but so is my mail lady. It a wonder in some towns they deliver on Sunday’s, no one wants to deal with them. UPS and fed ex always takes extra steps for their clients. Not only is this location rude, but they lost a package of mine a few months ago and delivered it to a company, thankfully the company was honest and returned it. NEVER US MAIL. Ship other wise and paperless billing thanks.
Need more help.
Even though they were very busy I was greated with a smile and my business was handled efficiently.
Worst USPS ever. They emphasized that they have directives not to help people inquiring about mailing documents. Staff were chatting among themselves, even if customer is in front of the desk waiting for their service; and calling their attention.
The employees there do not know how to send international mail. One tried to charge me $60.00 for a simple card where as Ive gotten the same service for a MUCH cheaper rate at other post offices (try $12.00). They also dont break $20.00 bills.
Totally hit or miss depending on whos working at this location. Ive gotten everything from the nicest customer service where they go the extra mile to help me - to the total opposite where I was told at 4:50pm they are closing up and I need to leave, pretty sure the website says open till 5pm and there were 3 people in line when I walked in who werent forced to walk out...
Rude and nasty. They treated you like its all your fault no matter what. Theyre should change worker for better services.
Mind-numbingly slow workers. Line of customers backs up quick because the one or two employees they have working are in slow motion. They also do not restock their supplies, and have been out of priority mail envelopes for weeks.
The lady that I had was rly mean and looking at her made me feel uncomfortable. She treated me like there was something wrong with me and looked and me with a judged face. When I bought my money order she told me to “type or write” my email in and I told her I couldn’t cuz the screen said “tell the clerk ur email” she got rly mad and I made me feel uncomfortable! I ended up walking out and going to the ups store which has great customer service to deliver my package.
Been going here for quite some time now. While there are a few people who work here that are nice most are incredibly rude and immediately hostile if you so much as say hello and ask to buy stamps.
Worst post office service ever. They are rude and make their own rules. I would challenge whether what they say is actually U.S. Post Office law or regulatiuons, Also cant even give you the right $$ amount of stamps.
I am on 4th in the line and take me forever waiting in line, they are very slow worker I been waiting to buy a stamps for over 20 minutes still in 4th in line, this locationIs my first time in Braintree, will never come back this location again
USPS phone support is terrible. I would give USPS 0 stars if possible. Claiming you care about my time, doesnt mean you do. Your inadaquette phone support waists time.
Can someone from USPS do a staff review for the ppl who work here? these staffs are rude and disrespectful to your customers. the only guy who worked here at 12pm on Nov. 10th, 2018 is rude and not helpful at all. He is acting like a boss to you when he knows you need service from him, I dont think USPS need someone like him. please fire him. you can easily find somebody who is nicer and being helpful.
Went after hours to drop off a package. The drop box was jammed but Andy was nice enough to come out and help.
Rude lady. Wanted to borrow a sharpie and stood for like a second and she told me to,get out of the way. Hello, Im a customer as well.
I will only deal with Andy. The cranky brunette really should do us all a favor and retire. Just sayin’
Good environment but awful lack of professionalism. The manager should get a new job.
This one lady working there is so rude and racist that I hope I don’t have to go back there ever!!
This rude black girl working at this location totally disrespect. Im only 5 mins away from this usps but will never come back to deal w all the bs this girl brought to me. Everyone else is super nice.
Very nice to me. Helped with shipping many priority mail items.
They are slow and bad customer services. Never come this office again.
Security/Postal police are chumps. Absolute rubbish post office. Place should be burned down.
Watch out! All the supervisor cares about is herself, never the clients!
Had a question and no one would answer the phone pretty useless
If minus ten was available...
Andy is wonderful
