We went to MARR Crane 8 days ago (26-Feb) for a price on services that they came highly recommended for. Last week they told us that they were working on it and yesterday they told us that they would have it to us today but in fact, they waited until this morning (06-March) to tell us that they cannot help us. This has put us in a terrible position having to start all over again for pricing causing us to be very late in the completion of our proposal. BEWARE, BEWARE - Terrible Customer Service
