ATTENTION CUSTOMERS!!!!!! Before you go there to pick up your rental. Please dont forget a MAJOR CREDIT CARD!Even if you used a bank debit card to make the reservation. In order to take delivery of the rental you HAVE TO pay with a MAJOR CREDIT CARD. Oh.Just one more lil detail that the overwhelmingly under enthusiastic ( body behind the counter ) didnt care to mention. There gonna whack you with a refundable $200.00 deposit. On top of what your final price is. And. The $200 deposit and rental fee have to be paid for all together on. Guess what??? A MAJOR CREDIT CARD!! Its 2021 BUDGET/AVIS!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!

New policy, apparently, made checking out the rental much harder than usual. No debit card allowed, so credit card used. We were shy all of $60 credit, so we asked if we could split - No. Asked if we could downgrade for lower cost against CC available balance - No, system will run the same amount now, regardless. Clerk was less than helpful in helping to solve the problem. In the end, we made a large payment to a different card, which crimped our available cash, to make it happen. Also contacted customer service, who appeared to want to help, but took more time to get a supervisor on board than it took to deplete our cash for the weekend.

I had a great experience with Budget. I needed an extension, it was given and inexpensive. Look forward to renting from them again, see you soon Budget.

I usually booked with Enterprise. This time I got confirmed online reservation twice with Enterprise from 2 different locations but they called back twice to say car was not available. They did not want to help me to locate another one nearby and both wanted me to book with their airport location which was further away and 30% more expensive.I then booked with Budget. Same SUV only less expensive and available right the way.Staff was friendly and efficient. Car was clean and in very good shape.Definitely will rent with Budget again.

The guy on site was very rude and impatient. He promised me for the original rate when I extend the rental. But dishonor it at the end of the rental when I returned the car. Then he asked me to call the customer service if I have any issue with the amount. When I called the CS, CS honored the discount the guy promised, but didnt give me the 15% monthly rental discount as advertised on Budget.com, as he thinks that its been discounted. W/O saying that there was long waiting when I picked up the car even though I already made the reservation online, and people smoked in the car I rented, the the smell lingers for 28 days and still there. Horrible experience. Will never rent with Budget.com nor the Budget Braintree Branch again.

Very nice car- clean and new. Car was waiting for me and the one i reserved. Easy transaction and staff and i both inspected the car for any pre-rental issues and upon its return. Quick and smooth.

They were fantastic this morning after a horrible TFGreen Budget Rental experience! The sweet woman who helped us exchange the very unconditional car, was wonderful!! She and the gentleman worked quickly to get us into the correct vehicle and back on the road. We are very appreciative!!!

Had a 10am pickup. No one showed up to open the office till 11. Finally got truck, did our move and was ready to return truck about an hour after sundown. Headlights didnt work. Was on the phone for several hours trying to get the roadside assistance we paid for. Never got through. Gave them an extra star because the guy didnt charge us for returning truck the next day and gave us a discount for the trouble. While that one employee was reasonable I wouldnt use this company or at the very least that location again.

Great experience. Ive been renting from this place for over 8 years with no problems. Lucio (owner) always make sure were satisfied with the vehicle. The only problem with the last rental was that the car wasnt as clean as I had expected. But overall the service is excellent.

The car drove like the wheel wanted to fall off..could of been better.

So was looking to save some money, and look online this place was about $10 cheaper then other rental agencies, and check online, it say they have pickup services, so i went a head a book it.Next day call them to schedule a pickup, the guy said no they dont offer that :(. Please correct your online service available. Wasted $20 extra for uber back and froth.Went to car, birds droppings was on the car on the front and backs, ok i guessed it was $10 cheaper then their comparator.On returned date, it was colder and i saw tires pressure light was on so i went to pump it and get gas for the car, was 30 min late due to tires pressure light still on when i put in the correct amount, and was charge $40 or $20/hr rental fees by the hours.So in the end i didnt save, end up spending more then expected.

No problems. Great prices. Enterprise in weymouth wanted to charge me almost $30 more for the same options. My car was brand new was very clean.

Great prices, fine cars. Even gave us a free upgrade after seeing how much luggage we had. But rundown building. Bathroom is still broken after a week.

Not AARP friendly. AARP members can get an upgrade when picking up their reserved rental BUT the upgrade is never available. The cars are always clean and smoke free

Awesome owner, they always have a truck when you need it, and 9/10 of there trucks are clean and nice looking.

Not sure if they inspect their trucks before renting them out but a couple hours after renting one, we noticed that it had a flat tire on the inside of the back left double tires. Ended up costing us 5 hours waiting around for it to get fixed. The guys brought the wrong size tire and had to go back to Revere (from Newton) to get a new one.

The counter agent was kind and helpful when we had questions about the car. WOuld definitely recommend coming to budget to anyone.
