Got one of the best haircuts in a while here! Really good and friendly staff. They had a discount on their tea tree shampoo products so I got a shampoo with it, very very nice and refreshing!

Alicia cut my hair. She was quick and gave a great cut in about 15 minutes. Bonus points for wet toweling my head to make sure there were no little clippings to fall down the back of my shirt to itch me.

Very clean but the service is slow. The men talk to much when they work.

Went in for a blowout while traveling. The stylist did a beautiful job, but the price was really high. $40.00 for above shoulder hair. I know it is their typical rate, but It’s much more than I normally pay.

Not coming back.I told her to use clippers (#3) on the side and that I wanted my hair longer on top in order to comb it - to transition from short to longer. Nope, didn’t happen.This haircut is all over the place. Not even close to what I asked for. SHORT on one side ALL the way up, and then a few long strands of hair falling over shorter hair on the other side. Also, on the top back side, it’s totally uneven.This looks like a prank haircut. Oh well, not going back...

WORST customer service ever..!!!. And from the MANAGER. While I was getting my haircut, she kept talking to the customer behind her. Never engaged with me in a friendly customer conversation. When I was at the register, there was a basket in the register counter with hundreds of $3 discount coupons. This basket was accessible to everyone. I asked for an extra coupon for my partner, her answer was thats why the ladies here got always in trouble... Those coupons are for people who get a haircut.It was very unprofessional, unwelcoming, and rude from her. She is clueless about what leadership and customer service is.

Had an appointment at 6 walked in around 5:55 was told theyd call me when ready, now 630 and still havent heard anything, wasted my time

Online booking was great but the haircut was easily the worst haircut Ive ever gotten in my life. I literally came home looked at my girlfriend and said help me i look horrible. I sat for an hour in the chair at this supercuts for a horrible haircut girl was super unsure the whole time I had to keep telling her what todo. I do not reccomend this supercuts to anyone and what a shame because its literally down the street from me.

I came here for a hair cut, very simple explanation, I want my hair cut down to a 1 and that’s everywhere. The explanation had to be said 4 times before the barber had fully understood. The barber had even cut my ear and played it off like he did nothing. It’s highly expensive for the cut that I got.

I had my hair cut today by Sarah, I love my hair! I hadnt had it cut in years and I was hesitant for a while to get it cut. Ended up here and was so nice from start to finish and was good to talk to. Waited less than 5 minutes, not busy on a Monday.

The best place to go for a quick haircut, shampoo, or style. Whatever you are looking for, they do it and have the best staff. They are extremely easy for walk ins or appointments and always service with a smile. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try before going anywhere else.

I usually love this place. This time the guy cutting my hair asked if I wanted round or square in the back. I answered either way is fine so he just didnt do it at all. Not what I meant.

Sarah has been such a pleasure in helping me to experiment with different hairstyles. Always a nice atmosphere around here.

Absolutely butchered my hair!!! Thankfully it grows fast and I can have someone, anyone somewhere else do a better job.I had to fix a lot as soon as I got home. She was hesitant on what to use, how to use it, and even had to borrow another girls attachment. I get a simple fade. Tight on the sides and ears. Little longer on the top. When she was done the top looked like I wore a bicycle helmet for a 5 mile ride. Normally Id let them try and fix it a little, but there was no way I was letting her make it even worse. Will never go back again.

Brought my 4 yr old, although he was fidgety, the stylist was very patient & sweet. The haircut came out nicely. Very satisfied with the service.

Useless, unfriendly staff. Customer service is Zero. I called in and asked if I could do a walk in and whoever picked the call said yes I can just come in. I told him I just want to strengthen out my hair.Got here and I have been sitting down for over 45 minutes and the 2 useless staff here where asking themselves should we accept her or not. And the girls response to the other staff was, “it’s your call “ Meanwhile, they had only 1 customer here.And I asked them, why did you ask me to come in???Wish I could give them a zero star. Bunch of lazy fools.

I would have been better off cutting my own hair with the kitchen knife. Most likely my hair cut would look better that what it does now.

I waited for 2.5 hours for a haircut. They originally said 15 minutes when I booked an appointment for 4:00 and when I called at 5:45 asking for an update they said they tried calling me which did not happen. Dont go to this location!!! Poor customer service.

I’ve been to 20+ Supercuts locations across the country and know that they can be VERY hit or miss. I’ve had haircuts done by Alycia, and by Tia, and was very pleased every time. I can’t speak for every stylist, but these two both did a great job.

I have gotten my hair cut several times by Shannon. I first went there just to get a quick trim because my hair was so long and had split ends. I went during my lunch hour and she did a beautiful job the first time and every time after that. I used to work in Quincy so it was convenient because it was right down the street. Now I travel from Foxboro to get there. For years Ive been going to high-end salons and they generally did a good job. However, when I go to Shannon I go home style it and I love it and everyone compliments me on it.

Call in advance. Quick and good haircut on a reasonable price. Definitely recommend this spot

Lovely workers, but this was literally the worse haircut Ive ever had- And Ive had a chin length bowl cut before.I showed her the picture, she consulted it, all was good...But my sides are very short, and the top is moderately long, and very blunt. I look like a mushroom, or a 37 year old New Yorker lesbian. Not like the picture at all!Please save your money and your hair- Im literally embarassed to the point where I wont leave the house without a beanie, in the Summer.Aside from that, the woman who cut my hair was very nice, and fun to talk to. 5 stars and a tip for her.

Do not go here. Worse haircut ever. One of the Employee doesn’t even know how to do a simple fade. She butchered it beyond recognition and asked another employee to help her out. She gave me a crooked buzz cut in the end. The top is not even nearly trim. I didn’t even bother further ruining my hair by asking her to fix it.

Just got the worst haircut on the face of the earth. Walked out and one side is short all the way up and the other is blended and the rest looks completely uneven. Don’t go here !!!

Worst haircut of my life. Lady looked at me like I had 10 heads when I told her what I wanted, I’ve never seen somebody over The age of five make faces like she did. And after showing a 360° or at the pictures of what I wanted still couldn’t comprehend how to cut my hair I didn’t even trust her to do the top. She spent about three minutes total on a $22 haircut and it looks like a five-year-old cut my hair
