I went there for an oil change. I didnt ask how much. It used to be 19.99 when it was Custom auto. They charged me either $70 or $80, I forget. I looked at the kid and asked, For an oil change? He looked apologetic, but seriously. Lesson learned. I will never go there again.

Its the best auto service shop I have ever been before. I know the new business owner about three years ago. He bought the shop few month ago and he told me that next time you probably want come to this shop. I living in Quincy so thats convenience for me. Honestly I really like the shop, huge parking lot, professional garage and mechanics. I did a regular oil change and tire balance, it just took me half hour! Fantastic! Also the new shop have coupon for all customer, oil change just need $16.99! Really reasonable and affordable price. If you living around there, please dont miss the good service shop.

This is the first review I have ever given to anyone.I had been searching for a good quality car for under $5,000. for months. I have been working on my own cars for over 30 years and know what to look for. I visited many dealers and and private sellers and the cars I looked at were totally not as described. Most of these dealers were selling junk that they would repair with chewing gum and duct tape and to add to that the staff were rude con artists. It was getting frustrating until I found Beyond Motors. The staff. Allen and Howard were honest gentlemen (salesmen) and the head mechanic Ernie was the best. They have an extremely professional mechanic staff and state of the art garage.The car needed a catalytic converter and Ernie installed an OEM (original equipment manufacture) not some cheap after market part and this was before we came to a final price on the car which was GREAT !!!! I can not be happier. THANK YOU

He offered to take the tire and caliper off and show me if I had time. I didnt have time but it was nice of him. He then gave me some suggestions I felt were honest and educated. Ill be back. I have a 2007 VW Passat with 110K miles on it. This shop performed tremendous service and repair on my car with affordable price and good quality.I used to have window problems where the window will come down into half after I close it. The mechanic reset and reprogram the window model without replacing anything.They also replace the structs and mounts of my car due to a broken bushing. I have never heard any noise from any bump since then.VW is a painful brand and many mechanic cannot handle them. This shop use German made items and their price is approximately 20% cheaper than dealership. I am so grateful that I visited this shop and I will stick with them.Hope my review help you guys to make a decision.

I have seen this business from an inside out perspective and so allow me to uncover what goes on behind the scenes.This dealership buys typical junky and rusty used cars at auction then marks up the price 2-3X what they paid. Not everything’s fixed before re-selling, only what’s cost effective.I’ve witnessed Subarus with rotten out subframes still being sold.Expect to pay for things you might not need as it’s a profit-driven business. I was told a mechanic was let go because he didn’t notice a license plate bulb that was out.If your car takes synthetic 0w-20 motor oil and it’s out of stock, they will use a cheaper synthetic blend of 5w-20.The service manager Ernie criminal record makes him unqualified for his job to say the least. The owner is under the license of Joe’s Auto Sales and Service in Dedham that has since went out of business. Don’t be surprised if this one does as well. What’s in the dark must come out to light.

Good cars for great prices.

I bought a used 2014 Honda CRV with no accident in April 2017 from Beyond Motors. They did show me a clean Carfax report. Recently I want to sell this car and the buyer checked the carfax report and found that there was actually an accident occurring in this car in Oct 2016, but Carfax reported this information in July 2017. The buyer certainly did not want to buy this car which means I need to sell this car at much cheaper price.I told the dealer about this, and he claimed that they did not know there was accident before buying this car. This had nothing to do with him, I need to afford the loss by myself. This does not make any sense to me. Now It is not clear whether he knew the fact that there was an accident for this car. Anyway I will file an complaint and contact an attorney to solve this matter.This is an lesson for new people who are planing to buy a used car. Investigate carefully about the car history before making an decision.

Guys are not there on time for opening so you have to stand outside waiting on them to open up. Service manager could use some training as he is very arrogant and pressures you to replace a light bulb. He told me to pardon him that he recently served time in prison and that took the cake for me, not a good first impression.

The dealer gave a final price of $5800 cash but at the time i had $5500 so i left and decided to come back with $5800 and buy the car . Next day i call to make sure that the car is still available because i live 55 miles away from the dealership and found out that the car is available but now they want $6000 . Please dont waste your time at beyond motors . They suck .
