Ive experienced driving with most of the taxi drivers and they are all amazing. Wonderful conversations and safe driving. I recommend Tower taxi to anyone looking for a taxi.

I’ll never take Lyft again after getting caught in a snowstorm and I called Lyft to rescue me, they didn’t tell me I’d be paying peak rate in a snowstorm and it caught me 20 extra bucks to get home. My next time I needed a ride I called tower taxi I can text them my location, what time I need to be pick and where I’m going they text back how many minutes to be at my front door. All of the drivers have been Courteous and nice to chat with also

Booked through their online portal more than 6 hours in advance. I even called to make sure they were still operating due to covid and it was confirmed that they were. The only reason I chose a taxi over a lyft or uber is because they are unreliable to show up on time in the early mornings. After booking online, a confirmation email came in and I had chosen the option to be both called and texted thirty minutes prior to the cab arriving. 30 minutes before comes and no text nor call happen. I become slightly worried but figure maybe they forgot to contact. 5 minutes after they were supposed to arrive, I call and there is no answer and their voicemail is full. I called three times after as it was very important that I did not arrive late to my destination, but to no avail. Do not use this company!

These guys came to the rescue in the rain at 1AM at the Braintree MBTA station. The driver Chase was super knowledgeable about the area and showed me a shortcut back home to Quincy that I didnt know about. And it was a lot less than calling Uber or waiting until a car came.

I used to take Uber everyday to get to work early in morning but I could never arrive on a consistent timing because the Uber waiting time varies each ride, with tower taxi I get to work on time everyday at and my driver arrives at the same time everyday, great company with great service!
