The past two Sundays I have not had my Boston Herald delivered. The first Sundays paper was credited to my account because I had called after the office closed and got the automated system that would only allow my account to be credited. Today, I called early enough to speak to a person who said a redelivery would be done yet the paper still had not arrived by 11:30 this morning so I called again and was told that the driver redelivering the paper has all day to do so yet I still never received a paper at all.

They still pump out quality articles after all this time. 4 stars because there was a billing issue but they did resolve it eventually.

No answer therefore you get a one-star

Worst customer service, overcharged even though their own website tells me the its 1.89$ per week Sunday only. They charged me 22$ per month for 4 Sunday newspapers!!! Daylight robbery stay far far away. They cut calls when questioned and after subsequent calling just cut my call.. what sort of ridiculous service is this?Edit: called back customer service who shouted at me and declined to talk to me sayingI cant talk with you. Customer service cannot talk with the customer? They had messed up, and instead of issuing an apology and closing the issue, they simply had to increase it by justifying the random figure on the bill with a weird calculation and harassing me.
