Always professional. I buy every major appliance here. It is family owned and operated. These are nuts and bolts people. I dont need fancy and fake...I need honesty, quality, and service. The morning I bought my washing machine they had it in stock and delivered it by noon that day. Who does that? Im certain that is unusual...however...I love that its a possiblity!

Very nice in-store and on-line selection. The delivery was flawless, price was decent, and we know that they have a superlative repair service if something should ever go wrong... which a lot of the other appliance outlets do not have. :)

They didnt call before they came over like they said they would. And they never introduced themselves to my phone, just pounded on the door and said Werent you expecting us?!? Overall just poor professionalism. I would recommend avoiding delivery from them at all costs.
