It was my fiances birthday and she wanted her nails done so I took her to triple A and thats when the nightmare began. My fiancé did not like the way her nails looked and instead of offering to redo them or even a refund she was told to leave and dispute it with the bank. The guy was very unprofessional and rude 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND save your money and go somewhere else.

Save you time and find a better place, I was treated horrible by the woman that works here not only that the way that they work here is not the best isn’t cheap at all.

The staff is very thorough and prices are decent. Got a full pedicure for $35. They did an amazing job.

I am very satisfied on how my nails are! They took time to make sure I liked them and took time to make them perfect! I havent been to a nail salon where they took the time to make sure I was satisfied! I recommend them!

Love my nails!! I get them every birthday!! $45 is worth it but I dont like when they put on the grow polish because my nails already grow fast

I have not found a good ace between here and Olean to get a pedicure done. They either mess up scrubbing my feet well as I have very calloused feet, the major reason I get pedicures done, or they mess up my nails. This place waa very dirty and you can tell had not been cleaned in a long time. She scrubbed my feet well but my polish looks pretty terrible. I felt like since i asked for the $45 pedicure, and they only charged me $40, I didnt complain, I also brought in my own color so the polish I could at least fix at home. I felt the leg mask, paraffin wax, and the leg scrub with my feet was done well enough. I wont go back because of how dirty it is in there. Also the lady who did my feet, promptly went to lay down on a bed not so in the back, that was weird.

I have been a customer for many years and have never had a complaint. Henry is awesome and does a great job everytime, and lady mama is awesome too, she did my 11 yr old daughters feet and did Amazing! And she has been doing pedicures for a long time she is no young chicken. When her job is done she has every right to lay down. You have a right to your own opinion, yes but, if you had a bad experience you were probrably rude first just dont write negative comments go somewhere else, they work hard. AS for the rest of us will keep going to AAA nails. Thank you Henry and mama for all the hard work you do love yas xoxo.

Very upset with how they did my nails for my wedding they looked terrible and charged me $45 and acted like i was bothering them...then went and sat on the couch and played on his phone!!! Wont ever go back this is the second time thought the first time maybe they were just having a bad day...

Say what you want and that is what you will get. I have had reg. mani-pedis, full sets, regular and gel nail, add ons, almond, square and rounded shape. If they start out too thick, wrong color, just say something. One last note: if you are rude, or take an attitude with people that perform a service; go somewhere else. Bossy, rude, wannabe-divas are not tolerated. LOVE THIS PLACE!
