Worked for this company for almost two years an went above an beyond with no raises an they got rid of me due to maternity leave . Shame on you

This company doesnt offer incremental cost of living raises. The management does pretty much what they want to do. They cut workers that dedicate a lot of time to the company. The products they use are cheap. They have lost a lot of contracts as a result of bad management practices.

They work at the Pitt-Bradford campus and I just see them driving around campus to each dorm for a smoke break. They don’t clean and just mess around.
