I really appreciate the convenience and ease of booking online for my child. With an appointment, it is so quick and easy to get him feeling great about himself. The staff always listen to him and value his opinion on what hed like to do with his hair.

I had a complete makeover and was so happy with the results. After almost a year shut up at home I was looking old and my hair was pretty damaged. They gave me back my beautiful natural color and a new style. They taught me how to get the look at home and helped me with the products to do it! Cant say thank you enough!

This is the only place I go to get my hair done. Carolyn Voegelin is the best hairdresser I have been to. I made my appointment with her for 1pm she got me right in. We had spoke before what I was looking to do. I went from long beautiful blond hair (thats she did before) to the most beautiful copper she trimmed my hair and curled it! Even gave me couple tips for curling my own hair! She is friendly she keep a clean salon! All the other hairdresser there are absolutely friendly and wonderful! They will always have my business!!!!

Great staff and great overall feel. Ypu walk in they know you by name and are ready for you. Rachel is the one I usually go too. She is a blast and does great work.

I came in for an updo for my sisters wedding and the staff was great!! The girl that did my Updo did a fantastic job and it didnt take her very long at all!! Relaxing atmosphere especially for someone that lives four hours away and isnt too familiar with the area!!

Carrie is fantastic! She has cut and styled my hair for years, wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else! Her staff is knowledgeable about each of their products as well as style and the salon is always kept in pristine condition!

I am not happy with the quick 15 minute hair cut I got. I make an appointment, payed the full price and not pleased with the cut.

I always get my hair cut here and 9/10 have a good experience but this last time was the one time that the cut was not what I wanted... the girl started cutting in the back and when I realized how short she was cutting ... I brought this fact to her attention that I did not want it that short on the top or sides.. (I’ve have it cut short in the back and left longer in the front and sides before) and she’s like oh don’t worry it will be the same length all the way around.. umm I just said I didn’t want it that short in the front and top... and she just kept cutting... made the request a couple more times that I did not want it that short... and guess what my hair is shorter than I’ve ever had it cut... I will not allow this stylist to cut my hair again since she did not listen to the customer and just cut it how she wanted it.

Mark and Carolin are absolutely amazing!! They were wonderful with my son. Although, they are forced to close at 4pm which resulted in rushed but excellent cuts, and turning 5 customers away.

Horrible experience!I had a picture of the way I wanted my hair cut & when she was done it was absolutely nothing even close to it! I even told her when she was finished that it was not what I wanted & she just said to play with it for a couple days! I had to go to another salon in Warren a week later & the lady attempted to fix it but it was almost too short to do but she managed to make it somewhat like I had wanted! They were wonderful & I will continue going to Warren now!

I love Holiday Hair! My stylist, Mark, is an absolute fantastic stylist and a genuinely kind person. He spent almost an hour with me, making sure that my hair looked exactly as I wanted it to. He was friendly and engaged in good conversation for the duration of my appointment. He also gave me pointers on styling my hair to achieve the desired look I have been aspiring to. This will definitely be my go-to salon and stylist from now on!!!

Rushed didnt pay attention to customer . Came in door I said I needed to pick out a hairstyle they said there were hairstyle books I could look at to help me see styles I might want help me pick one . But before I could get the books or sit to look at them I was approached by hairstylist and rushed to chair . I have oxygen and had to repeatedly tell her no perfumes smelly hair products because it will cause me breathing problems but she kept mentioning it and I continued to tell her no thank you I cant breathe it. Sat morning n chair an the hole time listening about her life her family her boyfriend rehab she is living in motel she never stopped talking about her self and her personal life. Never checked to see if I liked what she was doing with my hair never ask if I needed anything or was uncomfortable or if I needed to check my oxygen tank to make sure it wasnt empty and I needed my aide to change it . Got haircut and style but not what I picked or wanted and was rushed and never was given the chance to choose the hairstyle I wanted to have. Horrible experience but nice place clean very nice hairstylist just need to slow down and give customers time to choose what they would like for themselves make suggestions but not take over and push rush you into something you are not wanting not happy with results .

I have noticed a drastic change in the whole aura of the shop in my last 2 haircuts. Everyone seems very indifferent. Plus I have not received any coupons in which I would use the discount to tip . Has the company changed hands?

Its the same type of pizza its been for the last 7 years. Something different would be nice

Ive been going there for yrs, really like it and always do a good job, prices r pretty decent.

It’s the worst place I’ve ever seen in my life for service and the price is outrageous....my girlfriend got her hair cut while I waited in the car for 3 hrs when I went in irritated the employees thought it was funny and I never said one ignorant thing to anyone it could of ended a lot worse if I wanted to act like a kid like them anyhow I walked out and waited for another 40 min when she finally come out it was to tell me she only had 90$ and it was 117$ what a joke that’s almost a car payment and her hair looks like a kid Cut it I won’t be back and she won’t either.....also the fat one that was the cause of it that thought it was so funny I was mad should hit the treadmill or zoom tan right next door and sweat some of that off instead of all the restaurants close by and maybe she’d be quicker at it....And as far as the response from the owner don’t bother less you come up with something different than you did for the last 2 you replied to cause that shows you don’t care thanks
