4/6/2021I normally don’t give reviews, but this is an exception to my rule. After being locked down during the pandemic I was able to get out and be part of society after being “fully” vaccinated. To my dismay I went to use my mobility scooter to get out and about my community when I realized that my batteries were completely dead. I placed a call this morning and spoke with Pierre who said come on in and I’ll fix it. An hour later I was back on my way home and enjoying life once again. I have found in the past that Ms. Denise and Pierre are the most kind, courteous,honest and professional people I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. I would highly recommend P&A mobility to anyone who would find themselves in need of such services.

The store representative was so kind and checked my sister’s electric scooter. Battery was replaced and service completed with a smile!

Do not go to this place. The man was very rude and did not care to give me the time of day. I left there in tears. Trying to get info and was rudely told they dont take Medicare. Ok that I understand But to be so insensitive to someone looking for help. I finally asked if they take cash, I thought we would go ahead and pay out right and again very sharp and uncaring. I left in tears and will find someone else with a kind heart. People with disabilities need kindness. I hope they remember that

I am a parent to a special needs child, whom requires a wheelchair for daily use. Pierre repaired the EZ lock to my handicap vehicle in addition he attached brackets to my child’s wheelchair. He did an astonishing job and gave me a very reasonable fair quote. The secretary Denise was very friendly as well. Overall, if you are looking for great customer service, honesty and integrity you will find it at Mobility Express in Bradenton!

I can not say enough good things about Mobility Express, the owner, Pierre and his secretary Denise. Pierre came to examine my Chair Lift which wasnt working.I previously purchased what I thought was going to be a Bruno top of the line chair lift from a dealership in Sarasota. What a disappointment it turned out to be. The chair lift did not function well from the beginning The lift was inadequately and unsafely installed and I was unable to get the company that sold it to me to provide service.Pierre to the rescue ! He was able to put in a safe and properly installed unit.What a difference with the new Bruno Chair Lift that was installed properly. Pierre is an honest and straight shooting individual who gives you an honest quote, does exceptional work and stands behind the products he sells. I highly recommend this company!

We have been going here for years and have always have been treated good. I wouldn’t trust any other place for my fathers wheelchair repairs.

The owner and staff were very helpful. I went in to replace the battery on my Drive scooter. I didnt know that there were 2 batteries inside the battery case, so I did pay more than I expected. The owner went over and beyond to find me a new bolt for my basket because mine had fallen off. Thank you.
