I worked for this branch for 6 years, I was promised positions of merit for 4 years yet never received the position or pay but according to management my performance wasn’t the issue. The managers act like they’re better than you and show no respect and lack overall professionalism, if you would like to be treated with respect, have your opinion be valued, or be paid a reasonable wage for the services you provide I would seek employment elsewhere.

Very disappointed with the quality of their lawn care service. We live in a upscale community that brightview has a contract with to service the entire community, every home. This past summer when we bought the house every single yard in the community had perfect, thick Saint Augustine grass, and the community has been in place for 17 years so the grass was very mature and healthy. We have only lived in the house for five months and already our yard is 60% dead, as well as almost every other yard in the entire community. Three of the neighbors just had to have their lawns completely cut away and re-sod which was $4000 per yard. Now we are going to have to do the same thing. It is very disturbing to think that they let all these lawns go from perfect to dying out in the past five months. What happens after all the expenses these families have had to take on to replace their grass when Brightview lets them die again? I think if they have a contract to keep up the lawns in a community they should have to replace the lawns when they let them die. They are the ones that control the irrigation, the mowing, the spraying of the grass, and every single part of the maintenance and care.

I dont like this company not only do they do bad work but they make people into forman and then take himdown from his duty and let someone else have the position also they dont raise pay when you become forman.
