The owner actually came out and did the pressure washing job at my in laws house himself. He was thorough and professional. He also spent some time talking to my father in law which was very nice of him. Great guy we highly recommend him and his company. It looked amazing when he got done.

Kenny & his staff answered my response for a quote, which was “EXTREMELY REASONABLE” and then showed up the next day, expediently to power wash and de-weed my driveway that hasn’t been done since I had a medical condition 6.5 mos ago. They both displayed attention to detail and worked quickly. They were extremely professional and courteous. They’ve done an outstanding job, as my pictures prove!! Wow!! Advanced power washing was the best option for all my power washing needs!! Advanced takes care of the outside of my home and makes it look like brand new!! We live close to the bay so we get nasty algae and mold growth on our siding and pvc fencing. Advanced takes it all off with it looking like new!! Can’t be any more pleased with this company’s work and communication through the process. Great to work with and will be my only power washing company I deal with.

Advanced Power Washing is a very knowledgeable and solution focused company. Kenny did an excellent job on our pool cage. We are on the schedule to have our roof and house cleaned.

The customer service was friendly and they cleaned everything perfectly.That’s why I feel bad to give this kind of review but during the service they broke a part of my door at the pool.He mentioned this right away and told me he’ll be fixing it when he’s around.After a few weeks I touched base and ask if they will fix it because nothing happened till then.They excused and said they’ll fix it within a week.nothing happend.After almost 2 months I finally emailed that I’ll fix it myself.Great service but this was really disappointing

When competitors failed to respond in a timely fashion or the quotes were way over budget, I reached out via a Free Quote submission on Advanced Power Washings website. It was after hours, I expected to hear back the next day being it was after hours but I heard back from Kenny right away. The Quote was only $15 cheaper but he earned my business because he responded in a quick and professional manner.I found that people that do pressure washing as a side business or extra cash dont always have the urgency of getting back to you when they promise. The quotes I had received seemed rather high. This is extra, or that is extra . My house wasnt THAT bad or big to cost that much.I had mentioned that my windows were really dirty from the landscaper, and getting green from moisture. Kenny said they would the windows and screens but wouldnt be spotless as they are not window washers but would definitely be clean. I looked out of my windows and they are SPOTLESS.And the best part, he did those areas that others said would be extra and my quote came in another $20 cheaper. That may not seem like much, but for a single mom that means everything.I wish I would have had him do my driveway while he was there but he had cleaned up and was finishing wiping down the windows. There WILL be a next time. I highly recommend his power washing company. I learned today there is a difference between that and pressure washing. Although my paint on my house is fading. Its super clean. !!
