Modern Movers moved us out of our old house, put everything into storage, and then moved everything into the new house. On pickup and delivery they were on time, even a little early :) All the guys were exceptionally professional, respectful and hard working. They moved our furniture in half the time of previous companies and took great care of our stuff...they wrapped and padded every piece of furniture and kept an incredibly organized inventory of every single item that left and entered the house. Not one thing was damaged or lost. Highly recommend their services, we will definitely use them again.

Everyone at Modern Movers was great. From Mr. Montoya who came to my home and gave me an estimate, to the movers themselves who were polite, on time, and handled my belongings with care to Corina Cooper, the office contact who was friendly, efficient, and put my worries to rest before the move. Corina helped reduce my stress level before the movers came. I stored my belongings for 2 months in their local warehouse. When it was time to have my things moved to my new residence, I was pleased with the promptness, politeness, and professionalism of the staff. I didnt lose anything and nothing was broken. I highly recommend Modern Movers for all your moving needs. They should all get a raise!

Modern Movers did an excellent job moving us from Fort Myers to Largo, FL. Trey, Kyle and Chris worked very hard. They were professional, worked efficiently and moved everything in our home without any damage or loss of items. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is planning a move.

Modern Movers were a terrific team. I was stuck in Chicago due to the COVID-19 virus and had to coordinate every aspect of moving furniture from my mom’s house off site. Modern Movers provided a 2nd, fewer items quote, after the 1st whole house quote was more than I was willing to spend. This involved a 45 minute face time call to go through every room to identify which items were staying and which were moving. Adding to the complication was certain pieces going to my cousin in Georgia and the remainder to me in Chicago. On the day of the move another 30 minute face time call was made to ensure which items remained and which were moved to their correct destination. All went as planned.Their quotes were accurate and reasonable. I hired some local people to do most of the small items packing, which saved money. All encouraged by Modern Movers. Large items like artwork and mirrors were packed by Modern.Communications were done by email, cell phone and text messages. All handled well and by many persons of their team. Documents were signed on line with Docusign. Very convenient.I was not on site for the pickup, but the delivery was to my Chicago home. The delivery crew were; on time, professional, polite, fast and knew what they were doing. A bedroom set had to be relocated inside my house to make room for a new bedroom set. I requested they rearrange a few items after I changed my mind. All of this done professionally and without question as one would expect.This was clearly a 5 star rating. Again the stand out factor to me was the ability to work long distance and get everything done correctly as planned.

Best move Ive ever had. Both field and office staff were prompt, courteous and attentive. Field staff hustled from start to finish. The price was very reasonable, without any hidden fees or post quote erroneous charges. Highly recommended.

The office staff assisted me with all my questions and provided me with all necessary information from start to end. All of my stuff arrived safe and sound and nothing was damaged. There are many moving companies in the area, but Modern Movers is by far the best company out there. My rep was Kelly her knowledge of the industry is amazing. She was the key for perfection on my move. CALL THEY ARE THE BEST.

Ive moved many, many times. This Company did the best job over all the others. Do NOT use any moving company that is a broker. They will farm your move out to low life businesses. Ive also learned that these brokers will unload and reload while in a rest stop on the interstate highways. They dont care if your stuff is out in inclement weather.

Although I was unable to use them for my move, I had no problems getting information and an estimate. Jami Raiser was a phenomenal help and a bright spot in my moving process. Great customer service.

I used a different moving company when moving from Pennsylvania to Florida. It was a horrible experience. When I needed to move my furniture from a storage unit to my new home I called Modern Movers. They are fantastic, from the initial phone call right down to the move. I can not say enough about Chris and Gio. They had the furniture out of the storage unit and into my home in no time flat and were very cautious with everything. I highly recommend Modern Movers for your next move.

Two words: Never Again. The guys, Brian, Jay and Steve were wonderful. They really hustled in less than agreeable circumstances. I was downsizing and sent items when a staffer told me about the folks who had lost everything during Hurricane Irma. I had called to see if they got the things. I sent an item for the staffer herself because I no longer needed it, and it was something she wanted. I called many times, but I was never put thru to her; other staffers wanted to know my business, and refused to forward the call. To this day, I have not received a thank you. I wished now I had given them to wounded warriors instead. I feel bad that I tried to do the right thing and it blew up in my face. Because I was inundated with robo calls from one specific area code, there was no way to stop them, I had my phone number changed.

Very friendly and professional staff. Had our whole move packed up and moved into our new home in 5 hours (Bradenton to Riverview). Would recommend...only fault was one box that was marked fragile had heavy boxes stacked on it after they left-- so four stars and maybe a bit more attention to detail but overall very good moving experience.

Im so disappointed...nobody walk through in my house not even ask me if they wanted to walk through...
