This review is not based on services scheduled, but just an amazing customer service experience. I needed tenting/fumigation for termites on my house thats on the market. I was hoping to get it done in 30 days, but since its peak termite season I cant find anyone with availability that early. I called here and spoke with Michelle. Although Bradenton Termite and Pest Control didnt have the availability I needed, Michelle called around and referred me to another company that was able to come out for an estimate just a few days later. Michelle went above and beyond for me, fully knowing that I wouldnt be able to schedule with her. That type of customer service is unheard of and truly appreciated!

From my initial point of contact, I was really looking forward to getting this company to our home.Michelle was so knowledgeable and thorough over the phone with their process of their german cockroach program, as I was reaching my wits end with this.Troy showed up exactly on time as scheduled and began the treatment process that day and then right on time again for our follow up appointment the following week. He was very professional and clearly experienced with this type of pest issue. He gave me peace of mind knowing that our issue was not as bad as I had thought! (Thank goodness!)We saw results right away, unlike with the previous company we were using for the past 10 months.My only regret is not switching to them sooner!Thank you Michelle and Troy!

We had a roach problem at our old place and I contacted them for advice. They came out did a deep clean treatment and told me what I could do in between treatment. Over 95% of my problem was gone the first time and it was just up keep from there. Very friendly and family incorporated service! Affordable pricing and answers any questions Would 10/10 recommend.

We have dealt with Troy and Michele for about 6 years now on a quarterly basis. In a town where I find it hard to get good service, I have found Troy and Michelle very efficient, personal and honest. Troy is always prompt and goes above and beyond with his services. My husband is allergic to Wasp, Troy takes his time to go around the outside of our house to spray extra for Wasp. Another plus, I have two dogs and a cat. Troys chemicals are PET FRIENDLY which is a huge plus for pet lovers! We highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed!

Our servicer showed up early, was very personable, and did an excellent job in his duties. Unlike other pest control services they didnt lock us in a contract. Really there is no need because when they offer service this good people are going to WILLFULLY stay customers.
