No chemical smell that his you when you walk in! Super friendly, clean, and very gentle with pedicure!! Would go back and recommend!

Amy did an amazing job! I came in asking her to fix my nails that I had done just the day before elsewhere and where done horribly! Amy listened to my concerns, took her time, and made them look great!

It is very hard to find a good nail place in Florida where the nail tech listens to the customer. Not only do they do what you want, they do a fantastic job i am really picky about my nails they are all natural with the dipping powder on top.

The girl who took care of me was very nice and professional.She did exactly what I asked her to do. The salon was very clean. I would go there again.

I wanted ombre style and was told all they do is pink/white. I can get that anywhere

A great experience! Just a walk in, but was treated as a valued guest. Even though they had a full house, they welcomed me as if they had been waiting for me. Had a pedicure and gel nail manicure. Skilled and precise - a great job! I left determined that I will always choose this establishment first!

Wife went for a basic pedi. Picked the 26 dollar pedi and at the end of her basic pedi the owner told her it was 53 dollars...she tried to ask how but he kept saying pay 53 pay 53 thats how much. Didnt do anything special. Made her wear a mask but the other two ladies werent wearing masks. Place was dirty. Will never be going to that joke of a place again. If you do go here make sure they understand what you pick because they will change the price and you will end up paying.

The staff here are the most wonderful people Ive ever met at a nail salon. They are all friendly and talented. The shellac I got here last week still looks flawless as the first day I got it done. Definitely recommend and be coming back soon.

Very unhappy. The tech helping me wasnt listening when I was trying to explain that I wanted stiletto nails. She was making them round which resulted in shorter nails than I wanted. I repeatedly told her they werent sharp enough or the other hand was longer. My friend on the other side of me haw cut up cuticles from her tech repeatedly nicking her finger and then giggling about it as she apologized each time. Very unhappy. Never again. Im annoyed that I paid 30 dollars and obligated to give a tip for something I was severely displeased about.

Newer owners with cheap products! My dip polish started cracking and chipping after 2 days! Every nail broke after a week including the 2 that had tips put on to even the lengths. This is my first time leaving a poor review for a company but I just didn’t want others wasting their money here! I use to visit here a couple of years ago and had a completely different experience.

Ive gone here multiple times to get acrylic nails. At first it seemed like a good place. But the past 3 times Ive gone here, each time at least 3 of my nails have broken off within a week from getting them done, and Ive done absolutely nothing to cause the nail to break. I kept having to go back every few days to get a nail fixed. Theyll fix it for free but its really annoying and shouldnt be happening in the first place. The last time I went in to get a nail fixed, one week after getting them done, the guy fixed it but then said dont break it again or I wont do it next time. Very unprofessional of him to say since it was his mistake in the first place. Overall, dont go here if you arent willing to come back multiple times a week to get broken off nails repaired as a result of a poor job done.

Ive been coming to this salon for a couple years now. The owner is always accommodating, friendly and professional. The entire staff is friendly and I have never had a disappointing visit. Ive lived in Sarasota/Bradenton my whole life..been to many, MANY different salons over the years and now know & trust if I want great service and fabulous manicure & pedicure..go to HN Nails. (P.S. great waxing services too!)

Got me in fast, my normal nail place was full so I stopped here granted the only thing I would change is the length of my normal pedicures at my other place same price but much more attention, the guy did a great job all around ....Just maybe give an extra 5 mins or so with the feet!

I came here with a gift certificate from Christmas and got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. The nails were ok, I asked for coffin shaped and some of them came out uneven and lumpy looking. The biggest issue was that I developed ingrown toenails on both feet, they have been very painful. I shouldnt have gave the tip I did but oh well. Atleast I know not to come back.

I wont go any place else for my nails. Highly recommend. If ever I have a complaint, the owner, Eric, tries really hard to rectify it. Jenny is awesome! These folks are very hard working and want to please their customers.

I am super picky when it comes to getting my nails done, and this salon is great. I highly recommend using the nail tech named Jenny. She always does an amazing job

My first time there the nail tech did an ok job on my fill in but one broke within cpl days. Second time I came in to get my nails removed and asked for them to be soaked off to limit the damage. She didnt remove the acrylic and then attempted to drill the rest off. Well I got home and most of it was still attached and my nails are fragile and damaged. I would never go back .

Very dirty and crabby rude staff. Would not go back. They need to learn how to clean, dust and for goodness sake DECLUTTER! Old polishes dirty floors. And when they werent busy, instead of cleaning....they just sat on thier phones!😏

I went to Kim nails (now H&N) and it was great! The pedi was long and so worth the money spent! Too many places do them too fast and crappy!

When I went, the man i had pulled out unnecessary ingrown toenails that werent even ingrown and it hurt very bad. The next day I noticed my toe was in very bad pain and was hot to the touch, puffy, and red. I am not sure they use clean tools and they gave me a problem i didnt have before going there. Dont really reccomend.

This place was the worst I have ever been to. My acrylic nails lasted for a week and I had a full set out on. The last didnt even have me wash my hands to remove the excess acrylic dust on my nails before applying the polish. She didntt remove the excess acrylic underneath my nail. The nails were very thick and wide. I was very unhappy and I cant believe the amount I had to pay for the awful job they did. I will never be coming back here.

Horrible Service! I had to ask the tech to switch to clean tool because she had to just used it on someones toe nails without cleancleaning it! I had to walk away without my nails done!

They need to update their hours I just went there for eyebrows at 6:35pm an when I open the door to go in the man said they was closed but they Arch eyebrows very nice

I had a set of SNS nails done, every tip is put on at a weird angle and look like I child shaped them. I will not be back.
