I could of never been happier with Ramiro and his crew they did a silver tumbled travertine patio with a fire Pitt. I have received nothing but compliments from all my family members and friends. GREAT JOB YOU GUYS

This company did such a great job on our backyard. The owner Ramiro was very professional and his crew worked very hard. They went above and beyond to make us happy. They took down a tree that looked impossible to get down but they did it. If you are looking for a good company, then look no further.

We paid a 50% deposit to get this company to install pavers in our back yard. We should have known this wasnt going to turn out well when we had to beg them to come and start the job after a truck load of pavers had been delivered. They were supposed to go up to the pool and only 2 feet off the fence, they are not even close. The owner stated he would be back the next day to finish the job but requested we pay him the balance on the quote, reluctantly we did, OUR BAD! We have not seen him again, he does not return calls or texts. His crew changed the pattern midway thru the job because they ran out of small pavers, instead of getting more they just stopped the pattern. They cut pavers small near the edge to make it square, the job is absolutely a disappointment. They left landscaping sand over the entire area not Polymer sand to that seals the pavers together, now we have to pay to have that completed. The area rolls like it was installed on hills not level anywhere, some pavers are higher than others causing a tripping hazard. My next call is to the Florida Attorney Generals office to see if they can get resolution to this EXTREMELY POOR JOB! The whole thing needs to be ripped out and redone. The owner stated to let mother nature do her job and the sand would go away. Its now all thru my house because gets on my pets and our shoes, WHAT A MESS!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

We recently moved in to a rental property while having some major renovations done at our condo and the rental company used TerraScapes for what was supposed to be weekly lawn mowing. We have been at this rental for 2 months now and the lawn mowing during this time has been sporadic and has been done about once every 3 weeks rather than weekly. The same scenario keeps repeating itself over and over. Lawn doesnt get mowed, I text the management company letting them know they missed us (again), she texts Ramiro at TerraScapes, he says hell try to get over to us soon, days go by and it still doesnt get mowed. They are INCREDIBLY unreliable and I would highly recommend you not use them for your lawn care.

TerraScapes has been taking care of my lawn for years and has consistently done a great job. They come every week during the summer as well as for much of the spring and fall, they keep the yard looking nice all year.
