Five star rating for Cove Cleaners in Bradenton. They always have cheery workers. Theyre very helpful, and were lucky to have it so close by.

Took items in on Monday. Was told they would be ready Thursday. I gave them an extra day and stopped Friday, they didnt have all my items. The inside smells a little bit of cigarette smoke. I did notice a lighter on a bungee cord attached to the employees belt. Not sure where they are smoking but smells like they are leaving a back door open when they do it. Definitely not the cleanest place to take your clothes to get CLEAN. Wont be back.

They were supposed to call me when my items were clean but they never did. When I asked why they never informed me their response was, Im not here everyday. Great customer service
