My battery on my 2013 Harley died and Im 1200 miles from home, the nearest Harley dealer was 45 minutes away. Stopped here, they had the battery, fully charged and within 15 minutes I was back on the road.

I needed to purchase another battery because my battery wouldnt hold a charge. I dealt with Isaac and found him very helpful. He told me since I dont run my car for more than 10 minutes a week my battery will drain. He made a suggestion how to remedy it. He ordered the battery that I required from another location to have it delivered to their store. I would always go back to Batteries Plus Bulbs since I always receive great customer service.

You have bulbs to fit motor home sockets. In Bay City, MI the service is excellent, here the young man found what I needed in no time. Im pleased.

Came in requesting a battery match for my watch. Battery is a 395. Older gentleman goes to the back room and advises its a 394. When asked how he arrived at this, he advises that he used a diameter chart VS reading the battery. I ask him if its the exact same battery as a 395 and he says yes. I check google real quick and find that a 394 is substantially thicker then a 395. I ask for a 395 and he says they dont carry it. When I ask if this will be an issue to use the 394, he advises no and if they were doing the battery change on my watch, they would just use the 394. Long story short, I attempt to use the 394 and now my $900 watch stops running every 24 hours (even after I installed the correct battery).On a side note: Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, Home Depot, Publix, etc all carry 395s. Either the employee was lying to me or they do not stock common use batteries.

Great service from both the manager Don and from the store employees. They replaced my cars key fob battery immediately as well as replacing the spare fob battery the following day. They include free battery replacement for the fobs at any franchise location across the country for the life of the car. I was encouraged to put an annual reminder in my calendar to stop in for new free battery replacements every year so that I wont ever again find myself with a dead key fob in a supermarket parking lot. Great service!

They gave me my car fob back in two pieces and couldn’t figure out how to replace the battery. I wish they would have been honest about not being capable to do the job before breaking it open. Guy said he was new and looked young. No offers to make the situation right from manager or other associates. After asking why it was in two pieces and what I was supposed to do with it, another employee explained they had to remove the glue that held it together to look for the battery. Ultimately, I asked him if could at least glue it back together and he obliged and tested to make sure my car would still turn on. Scary.It’s one thing to eff up but another to just dump someone’s car key fob back to them broken with not much more than a shrug. The man I assume was the manager just pretended I was not having an issue or that his employees needed help figuring out how to service my equipment. (It’s a very small store and the employee took a long time hammering around and attempting to get to the battery.) The manager decided to help someone else and ignored us completely.

I bought a battery for my son a year or two ago and went ahead and got the lifetime battery replacement. That first battery finally gave out, so we went on down to the closest (different from the one we purchased our battery from) location and asked them to replace it. Don greeted us warmly and was happy to help. He replaced the battery quickly and kept friendly conversation. Id absolutely recommend this place for any battery needs. They have lots to choose from and said they could even order SOME batteries. I have not purchased any light bulbs here, but they have quite the selection of those as well.

Staff was quick to address my concerns, was dealing with an associate named Michael who took the time to explain to me how a battery takes and holds a charge and what maakes the battery behave the way it was. The issue was dealt with, my battery warrantied with no problems and with a smile on their face. Top notch!!

I made an appointment to have my iphone6 screen replace as I drop it & it was majorly cracked! Jason was my associate. He was excellent. He checked my phone to make sure everything was working . he told me 1-2 hours,,, but thought it would be about an hour. It was an hour on the dot! My phone is perfect, now! very reasonable! This is a great place to shop for batteries and bulbs of all kinds. They have rechargeable and alkaline batteries here. If you need a special kind of battery for anything, they are bound to have it. Same with bulbs. I have bought both batteries and bulbs here quite often. Upgrading the bulb of a flashlight from incandescent to LED is a snap here.

Even though this is a small chain, Batteries Plus Bulbs has the feel of a ma and pop store. It is refreshing to go into an establishment and have both nice and intelligent conversation about the product being sold. The prices may be a little higher than the big box stores, but if you keep a lookout for sales you will do just fine.

Excellent customer service the old fashioned way. Positive interactions with employees remind you why it’s great to do business with smaller retailers rather than giant warehouse, style stores. Old battery got a quick diagnostic test. Prices are fair, around $130+ for an 8 cylinder car. Best of all they sold me the right size battery which made my 2001 Dodge Durango drive like a new car.Our family plans to return whenever we need another car battery or other products since their products and services continue to expand.

2019-12 Good parking. Clean, well lit, well stocked store. Had the best selection of Nite Ize clips and items in the area. (These arent discounted anywhere.) In general battery prices are high but available. They install batteries including auto ones. Store workers were helpful and polite.I used the cell phone screen repair service. Total cost was dead on considering the expensive part. They will service a phone that has been previously worked on, which is very good since UBreakIFix wont. Only drawback is you get Zero warranty in this situation. The part should have at least a month warranty.
