This company is horrendous! They added charges to our bill for a router that we didnt rent and when we called about it they gave us a one time credit. Then the following month they raised our bill the same amount as the router rental stating “youre not in a contract” so I guess they basically can charge whatever they want for the service? In addition, they refuse to prorate so if you shut off your service on the 2nd day of the billing month, youre still getting charged a full month AND they charge a disconnect fee! Consider yourself warned, avoid Frontier at all costs!

Internet couldn’t be worse. Ever since verizon sold them the area it’s gone so downhill that it’s not wonder they filed for bankruptcy. Horrible company, horrible customer service, horrible service in general. Stay far far away.

My son is in Bradenton fl for college and we were told to sign up for frontier for internet. All I can say is absolutely the worst company, my son has no internet in his 2 bedroom apartment, techs have been called out 4 times and they never get the time right- for example they tell us our service time is between 8 and 12… They show up at 4 when my son is in class. I am beyond livid as I am three hours away and can only do so much on my end. I would never recommend this company even to my worst enemy. We have even had a service tech tell us that the person scheduling the service call always puts wrong times down for the techs. Customer service is the absolute worst

This is a completely non-hate promoted post. This is based on facts and trial/error so you can trust this review. Since the two months Ive had business internet with Frontier, the net has gone our 3 times for extended periods of time. You cannot host any business services with this kind of quality.They have yet to send me an actual bill, and when I try to pay online I require a pin thats located after the account number on the bill. Meaning, in order to pay, I need a bill in the first place. They sent a past-due notice, but fail to send a bill or properly aid in allowing me to pay online.The account number is a phone number they apply, so if you want to get the verification code you can choose between them dialing the account number (which if you just have internet is a lost-cause), or by entering the pin found on the bill.Theyre trying to charge me late fees and eventually a deactivation fee. Incredibly unprofessional on every level, would not be using them if they werent my only option.The support team on Twitter seems very nice and seem to know a great deal, though theyre limited in what they can offer you.

Worst company. They offer one price to fool you and once youre hooked they hit you with all the extra fees. Whenever you need to contact them be ready to spend at least one hour and talk to 6 or 7 different persons. What a disappointment!!!

No stars. I would enter negative stars... I had an install scheduled with Frontier today. Frontier did not show up. Frontier did not call. No one from their company updated me at all. They are not a company that does what they say they are going to do. Now they want me to wait until next week for an install. I will have to go with a different company.

This is the worst company ever and should be reported to the BBB. No one in the customer service section knows anything each time you call you get a different answer. I was supposed to receive my router on the 9th but never received it until 6 days later when I already canceled my services. When I first signed up I thought it was a great deal for $40 I would receive about 30 Mbps but when i called to cancel my services because they were being sketchy I was told I was going to get a service of 3 Mbps. Then after cancelling my services and being told I would not be charged for anything. I received a bill in the mail. WORST COMPANY EVER.

I wish I could give negative stars but one will have to do. I paid an hourly IT contractor to wait onsite at my business for our new business install window of 1pm to 5 pm. At 4pm we called to confirm our appointment and were told they are running late but will be there. At 7:30....2 hours PAST our window, we called back and they said he was still coming but they couldnt communicate with the technician to confirm. At 9:30 we decided to leave....had to pay the IT guy for all those hours of waiting. The next day when a service guy finally arrived we find out that the assigned our job to a residential guy and he never intended to come to us, but no one would tell us that. When we try to talk to a supervisor, they make it very clear that they dont care. No apology, nothing. Obviously based on all 1 star Google reviews, they simply dont care.

The worst company you can have. They are grossly overpriced they lie to you on the phone. I going head thieves to that because they stole money from me because theyre charging me for services I dont even have any more. Steer clear of this company as they are will s**** y**. I need to run them out of the area we need to run them out of Florida we do not need companies like frontier in Florida. If I could give them in negative 1000 thats how bed they are.

2 months of fast internet, then equipment failure. Their technician can help us, so they schedule him 8 days out. Nope, not waiting 8 days for a problem on their equipment. I called daily and after day 4 I had enough. Back to Spectrum.Final review on Frontier: Lousy support services, not enough technicians, and they dont have the customer in mind.

My wifi has been messed up since I started service in May. I have made numerous calls to no avail. Theyll fix it and with in the hour its back off. My most recent experience was with a pleasant enough young but after a half hour conversation he told me there was nothing they could do and suggested I buy a wifi booster/extender or a new router(fyi: my TV is literally TEN feet from my router) Why exactly is it my responsibility to pay for ANYTHING to fix your crappy service???The real beauty of this situation? I have been asked EVERYTIME Ive called to complain about my service Are you trying to use two devices at the same time? Cause that wont happen, theyll be competing over bandwidth. Heres the thing, who can work with wifi that can only handle ONE device?!?!? I am a mother of three kids, am I supposed to make them draw straws... And for the amount of money I pay, I should be able to run every single device in my house at once!! Which by the way is what I was told by the salesman the day I signed up. He assured me I was going to have better service on a dedicated line! ALL LIES. He also failed to mention I was getting DSL😒(they still do that????)They are nothing but thieves in pretty clothes.Cherry on top of this s*** storm... Ive NEVER received a bill but I got a late fee. Got an email about how to understand my bill...but no actual bill. Everytime I call they have the wrong number and the wrong email, and every single time I tell them the correct info but never fails they have the wrong one. Oh last thing, promise, I have not one time been quoted the same billing amount. Within one phone call my second customer service rep quoted 7$ more than the first rep.In conclusion to my rambling vent review do NOT, I repeat do NOT deal with Frontier! It is not worth the hassle. Im over the bull + taking the early termination fees.

I have waited for a partial return in my security deposit for 3 months! Each time I reach out to them they tell me I’ll be getting it back within 10 business days! I’ve called every 10 days for 3 months now! I call bs!
