Initially, I gave Rachael a glowing review. However, when it comes to working with her clients (us) she is quite irritable, moody and unreasonable. We had a working relationship for approximately 5 months where she averaged 12-15 cleanings per month for us for our vacation rentals. We pay her through a phone app twice per month. Without fail, she received her money. I made a mistake in one of the cleaning dates, removed it from invoice and sent it back to her to ask if this was correct? Well, shortly after that, she has pestered, badgered and non-stop assaulted us for a payment and also because it was going to arrive after Thanksgiving day.The backstory: We received a last minute change for one of our reservations and we needed a cleaning on Thanksgiving Day. She responded, Im not cleaning to my request. So, I looked for another company to do that cleaning. Rachaels Residential Cleaning was my only housekeeper and she knew that and without any concern for us, just said, Im not cleaning. She knew we were up in NY so the likelihood of us being able to do it was very slim.Luckily, I found another cleaning company. They rescued me and my husband from having to fly down for one day to clean the apartment ourselves. She was mad that I gave the new cleaners extra cleaning days in addition to Thanksgiving Day. And then insisted she get paid right now. Thats when she started her ranting and raving from 6pm last night until almost 9am this morning calling every phone number we have, emails and texts. Seriously, how insane is her behavior? And she follows up with a final invoice and the final line saying: upon being fired for asking to be paid. Does she have any clue that it was HER BEHAVIOR that led to this severance??Also want to add, if you do use her, you must stay on top of her. She missed one of the cleanings on the calendar and I had guests arrive about 10:30 pm to a dirty apartment that was never cleaned. I not only lost the guests but I gave them a horrific experience. Ive had to remind her of cleanings every day that they are on the calendar.Proceed at your own risk should you chose to use Rachaels Residential Cleaning.

Rachael and her team came to my rescue. They came out and cleaned my vacation home last minute and did a great job, they were professional and courteous. Ill definitely be using them for my regular cleanings.
