Stay away from these guys. Read the other reviews. These guys will take your money and hopefully they dont destroy something in your house because they will not take any responsibility for it. Theyll stop picking up the phone and never return calls. Ive never left a negative review but these people are so bad that I feel I need to warn others. Look at the pictures. They went to pick up their dumpster and completely destroy the yard. Trust me you want to stay away from these people.

Communication was clear and quick. I was informed of all extra fees for hazardous materials and weight overages prior to the order. While I understand these fees, its still not fun receiving an extra bill down the road. I would rather pay the lower price and per ton compared to a single higher price.Would recommend Alpha Dumpsters.

Ordered a 20 yrd container from them. They give you an option on am or pm drop off. I dont know why they do this as they will get there when they do. Had to call and remind them about the drop off the day of at around 1 when no container was there. They charged my card 2 weeks after they picked the container up with a additional charge for weight. Then when i read the reviews it says they charge everyone overage charges. No proof of weight slip or anything. This company needs shut down for being so dishonest. Wont be using them the next time i need a container. First time customer and last time i use them. Hope you stay away and keep your hard earned money.

Very good customer service! They pick up and deliver as promised some companies will only pick up when it is convenient for them. I own and operate a real estate company in Belleview. My buyer was moving in and I needed to get the sellers furniture out and the yard cleaned up asap. They were able to get me a dumpster in good time and get it out early in the morning before the buyer took possession. I am impressed with their pricing as well. Cheaper than the rest. I gave them 5 stars because they delivered on price, customer service, delivery and pick up.

I saw the 3 negative reviews for this company and I had to make a comment. I normally dont post comments but I have been using Alpha Dumpsters in Sarasota for the past 4 years and their service has been excellent. They are a good company with good people.

I am a small contractor and Ive used Alpha exclusively for a couple of years. They are always prompt and courteous, the price is right, and they have been honest with me. I recommend the company wholeheartedly. No complaints at all. The only thing garbage about them is what they haul away.

Looking for a dumpster here is NOT a smart choice. They took my card info over the phone but did NOT divulge they were running it immediately. The drop off was for a week away. I gave them my email address and they did NOT send a receipt or order confirmation. They did NOT take down my email address correctly (someone called) and when sent the confirmation, it read that there IS A $25.00 CANCELLATION FEE. I wasn’t informed of your ‘Cancelation Policy’ speaking to the order taker over the phone and had I been I never would have placed it. Needless to say I canceled because I was NOT comfortable paying for a service yet to be provided. After reading the numerous bad reviews on the Better Business Bureau site, I felt compelled to post this review to warn others.

I received both a personal telephone call and an email from the owner to rectify the situation and Joey was able to address my concerns. After review of the audio recording it was excepted that I was originally misinformed. It was a good experience all around. I would highly recommend this company for all your dumpster needs.

TOTAL RIP-OFF This company is a bait and switch operator. I ordered a 30 yard dumpster and they tried to deliver a 20 yard dumpster. They had to go back to the recorded phone call and rewrite the contract. Secondly, they limit the weight to two thousand pounds - the container will hold 40,000 pounds which they will charge you $56.00 per 2,000 pounds.TOTAL RIP-OFF.

I tore out old wooden shed. Very big. Rotted wood. Needed dumpster and ended up calling Alpha. No complaints whatsoever. I was also told that the waste center is what charges for overweight dumpsters, not the rental company, but I would have to pay them. I was careful about what I put in it, which was explained on phone and at web page. Good company for when you need them.

I did a reno job on a high end house. I needed to throw old stuff out and what was left over from the new. I needed a dumpster. I called Alpha. It was imperative that the property be left untouched. No scratches in the driveway. No damage to the shrubs or anything else. It had to be pristine. I wanted it on a specific day. Everything had to be perfect. It was. Ive used Alpha Dumpsters several times on home renovation projects. Every single time, Ive been charged OVERAGE FEES for extra weight. Were talking basic home renovation debris here-- drywall, 2x4s, etc. I filled the dumpsters to the line and never over the rim. And yet, every time, I receive overage charges. What do they think goes into a dumpster-- cotton balls?If you love getting OVER-CHARGED, this is the company for you!

We have been contracted by THD to install roofs on hurricane damaged homes in the Orlando area and have had three crews working pretty much non-stop since before Thanksgiving 2017. The fact that there was a possibility of bad weather that caused delays is understandable. Not informing their client is absolutely unacceptable. To add insult to injury their customer service people are rude and offensive. Joey was condescending and belligerent. He specifically promised me he will update we every hour and did not do it. I had a moving truck coming and no idea if the dumpster will be removed. Well, it was not. I honestly am shocked at their conduct. To top it all they are now overcharging a crazy amount under false pretenses. Read the other bad reviews, they all say same. Alpha Dumpsters should be dumped. It’s disgusting.

UPDATE: after being harrassed called texted and left multiple voicemails, by the owner who was on vacation was polite initially and bargained or offered to trade to refund the cancelation fees for removing my honest opinion in my first google review (see below). The fees werent refunded in any way and at this point 4 days later there has been no refund to my account of anything even the 499 that I was originally charged. That being said and checking their BBB accreditation Im not surprised in any way that I was told that this happens with them multiple times a year and that the owner offers buyouts to remove posts that reflect them accurately as suchDont waste your time or money. Theres tons of hidden fees that they send you in your confirmation then theyll argue with you over the phone about it and tell you that its not their job to mention that they will charge $25 per bag of trash $50 per mattress $15-200 per tv depending on size whether you get a household or construction or mixed dumpster. They do this to collect the $25 cancelation fee. Only naive ignorant people use this service and think its a good price. Most everywhere else is half that with no hidden fees but they were close by and I needed a dumpster asap. Safe to say they failed and their customer service is terrible. Im sure the owner wont refund the cancelation fees cause thats probably his main source of income

I called several companies, alpha was the only one who answered the phone and had me a dumpster in just couple hrs. My husband and I needed a dumpster to clear out my late parents house and garage. We want to renovate it to sell. I found Alpha online and gave them a call. I couldnt be happier. After explaining what we wanted to do, the rep recommended a size that turned out to be perfect. It was promptly delivered and removed when we wanted it taken out. I would strongly recommend Alpha.

They brought the dumpster and put it right where I wanted it. At the end of the project I called in for the return of the dumpster. I was allotted 1 ton of garbage. I only threw paper suits and cardboard in the dumpster. This did not even fill it half way. Two weeks later I got an email stating that I was being charged for slightly over 3 tons of garbage. I called in to them and spoke to someone. He was not very helpful and said that he would call whomever ways the garbage, then he would call back. They went ahead and charged me anyways and never called back. I will never deal with them again. I hope their overage charge is worth losing business over.

Was pleased with the beginning process with this company. I had the dumpster picked up on 11/28 and on 1/4 was charged a overweight fee of $200. I am ok with the fee as it was clearly stated but was very unhappy to get a credit card charge 37 days later. I had already billed my customer for the dumpster and now I am stuck with the fee. Alpha told me that because of the holidays and employees vacations there was a delay and that they are sure my customer would be ok with me giving them a bill 30+ days later. They also told me that I should of called in to see if the load was closed out and to get the weight on the job before I closed it out on my end. Once again I was pleased with the beginning part of this rental but their handling of the the closing of the billing will lead me to us another company next time.

We rented a dumpster from these people after shopping around on-line. Other companies said they had the lowest cost, but after you add in the additional charges the others were more expensive. The dumpster arrived when promised and was picked up the day after we called for pickup. Good company, good service.

I recently posted a positive review on this company but now 2 weeks later it is a very different story. They were very prompt about getting the dumpster the next day, but I had to call them after dumpster was picked up to get any kind of confrontation. They said it was picked up on that Monday but it wasnt picked up till the next day( I know that because my mother was at the rental). Now Im being charged a over weight fee!!!! When it was not even full. I really dont understand these reviews. Ive used Alpha dumpsters twice in the last 2 years and both times were great!! Both times were on time for delivery, had an incident where the truck broke down and ended up having the 20 ydr for the weekend. Not a big deal. Overweight fees!!I was clear about what would be going into the dumpster (old wood flooring, trim, some drywall, and a lot of old deck flooring). I was told about getting 2 tons allowance for weight and was assured that with the materials I would be discarding, the chosen container would be plenty. I was charged for overweight! Now Im no expert, with the materials I was discarding, maybe this size container should have allowed for 3 tons (but then the company would lose the extra fees! )Go with a bit more expensive dumpster rental company, because after the extra fees, the prices are the same!!

They will find a way to charge you for anything extra. They dont delivery on time, sometimes it takes them 2 extra days to swap a dumpster, and you have your crew waiting for a dumpster. Then you have to send your crew on the weekend to finish the job and pay OT. You bring it up to them and its not there fault. Please dont use.

We ordered our dumpster Wed May 8th 2018 at approx. 9AM in the morning. I requested that the dumpster be delivered the same day or at the latest on Thursday because we are moving next week, but Alpha Dumpsters informed me it was company policy that they have 2 days to deliver a dumpster. I agreed and was informed that my card would be charged and our dumpster would be delivered on Friday May 11th in the morning. It should be noted that our email confirmation contradicted what i was told about same day delivery. In their very own email confirmation they talk about same day delivery even though i was told it was company policy that it takes 2 days: (IF YOUR DUMPSTER WAS ORDERED FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY YOU MUST NOTIFIED US WITHIN 1 HOUR OF THE RECEIPT OF THIS EMAIL).Regardless, our card was charged and therefore i lived up to my end of the bargain. Late Friday morning our dumpster had not arrived so i called Alpha Dumpsters and the girl who answered was nice, put me on hold, and came back and said her dispatch said we were on the schedule for today and we should expect the arrival in the afternoon.Knowing their offices close at 4pm on Fridays i called back at 3:20 because we still have not received our dumpster. This time the person who answered was very short and spoke to me as if i was an annoyance. She told me she would call dispatch and call me back. At 3:41 pm the same girl from Alpha Dumpsters called me and assured me that our dumpster was on its way to us and that it would be delivered today before 5pm. I gave her a very grateful thank you and started to ask a question but she hung up on me without saying your welcome or goodbye. My question was going to be what happens if they dont come, can i have a number to call or will they come on Saturday? but she had already hung up on me.It is now 7:24PM as i write this review. The office is closed until Monday and nobody delivered our dumpster. If something went wrong, nobody informed us, no driver called, and the company didnt call. Maybe this isnt important to Alpha Dumpsters but we were really relying on them. Should we expect to have to wait until Monday now?Id much prefer to be leaving a good review right now. But with this outcome and customer service i have no choice.

Bad customer service- ordered a dumpster and they charged the card immediately. Never delivered the dumpster and when we called they were rude. Told us they didnt know when they could deliver after promising it would be delivered yesterday by 5pm.To your reply...You can find it under my sister in law Suzanne Williams. We came from NY to help remodel her house after someone crashed into. Had a limited amount of time to do the work and not having the roll off when promised delayed our job.

DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!! If I could do a negative rating I would. Their website claims At Alpha Dumpsters we have a Truth in Pricing Policy. Alpha Dumpsters believes in 100% pricing transparency with no hidden surcharges. What they dont tell you and I just read in some other reviews is the (3 tons) they allow you for a 20 yard dumpster probably wouldnt fill a quarter of it. So when you rent that 20 yard dumpster for $379.00 and fill it up, be warned, they will bill you about a week later, my total was $459.00 on top of it, saying i had 12 tons in it and charged me $50.50 per ton over 3 tons.If they were being honest, they wouldnt misrepresent the dumpster size which one would assume you could fill up. I didnt even overfill it, I made sure it was only 3/4 full. To make things worse, I got the same response as several others who contacted Alpha to see if they would make things right since this was very deceptive and just BAD BUSINESS. They said they would contact the company and see what the weight was and get back to me. Well they emailed me back and said that was the weight and there was nothing they can do. So that low cost dumpster service they claim to be cost me $838.00 for one dumpster!!!To put things in perspective I was demolishing a two car garage, that is it! I also ordered a strictly concrete 20 yard dumpster and filled it with all concrete so it isnt like I loaded the C & D can down. These guys are a RIP OFF! Anyone can put better business logos on their website. I surely wish I did my homework first. Please learn from my mistake and go to your local businesses. These guys just broker deals anyhow, so if they are paying a local company to bring you a dumpster, you know you are being ripped off.I also posted on HomeAdvisor so lets see if they approve the review to see how honest they are being. Terrible communication system. Do not trust them!!!They promise to deliver a particular day in the morning (Friday) they never showed up. they didnt even made a phone call to notify, when I tried to call nobody answer until 4pm, they told me they will call back but at 4:45 I tried to call again and it went to the voicemail. Then they call you Monday to tell if you still want the service. Now I have to pay my HOA a fine because I have all the trash in the driveway since this irresponsables never showed up. Stay away from this company!!!

Never do business with this company. Everyone should know. They mess up my drive way and scratch my car. And dont wana responsible for it

Customer service is terrible. They are a broker and just up charge some other companies service. Save time, money and frustration call someone else.
