We rented a nice office from Premier at 6400 Manatee ave. It was always clean. The other tenants are very nice and courteous of other tenants. The owner, Carolyn is super friendly and almost always there if you need anything. I would definitely rent from her again if I need another office.

As good as it gets! I have been a tenant since the beginning of the year and I couldnt be happier. It is always clean and well maintained; the management is professional and very responsive. I dont write many reviews, but this called for one. I truly recommend (if theres anything available!!!)

Extremely professional, clean and organized office space. Building Management is proactive and caters to your needs. Have been a tenant in this building for 5+ years starting with a small 1 person office and now in 2 offices. Highly recommend.
