I have been seeing Dr. Iyad for 15 years now. I had an emergency situation yesterday and he got me right in and his team took amazing care of me. I also suffer from a dental phobia and he takes all the steps to put me at ease. I highly recommend him and will never go anywhere else

My experience over the phone wasnt all the great. Even though Im not a patient here, there shouldnt be the need to have someone to be on hold for almost a hour. Really dissatisfied I knew I wasnt going to be seen by the dentist today but at least try to come back to the customer to let them know if you have availability so youll can work something out. F it Ill justgrab some vice grips and pull it out.

Dr. Fakhouri is fantastic! He is very professional, competent and has an excellent bedside manner. His whole team from the dental hygienist, his assistant and the front desk staff are very competent and friendly. I trust them completely with my own and my childrens dental care. They have a patient for life thanks to their fantastic communication and pain free dentistry!

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Fakouri for about 4 years now and I just want to say he does professional work! I had my two front teeth bonded because they were chipped and had a gap in between ( from aging )and he did such a beautiful job! I got my smile back :)!! He has done bridge work and crowns for me as well and is always kind, gentle and listens to my issues during and after the procedures . I definitely recommend him to everyone and I can always trust I am in good hands when I go to his office . His staff is consistently professional and kind as well from the office to the hygienists! Dr.Fakouri is awesome!!

I was not impressed by this doctor at all! He recommended work that, in my view, was not necessary (a crown when a filling was all that was needed), and when challenged with a simple question, he had his staff call me to tell me to go elsewhere. Thank you! I will gladly go elsewhere. This way, I wont have to pay for procedures I do not need or want.

I was seeing another dentist in the area but was not satisfied. I needed a lot of work done and it came with a high price tag. I decided to ask around and Dr. Fakhouri came highly recommend from a family member. I gave his office a call and set up an appointment and I am so happy I did. Not only did Dr. Fakhouri take the time to answer all of my questions (I had many) I also saved some money as he was priced better than the competition! Dr Fakhouri and his staff were the best. I was very anxious about getting a root canal done never having one done in the past. They were able to calm me down and it did not hurt at all, which is a huge plus. I would recommend Dr Fakhouri to anyone looking for a great Dentist. Excellent - The Best in Town.Dr. Iyad Fakhouri DDS really saved my mouth structure when few other professionals could handle the situation. All of November and December I was being referred back and fourth between several specialists and I was getting despondent about the cost and if anything could even be done - other than extraction. I feel I have one really good molar on my upper right and it broke in half, and then had root canal issues. Other Dentists sent me off to Endodontists, one oral surgeon [who really wanted to just extract it and showed me HIS was gone too! And he is still happy!] I wasnt, then that may mean bridge if I care how I chew post age 50 and my facial structure. So, I was giving up and about to just do extraction. I gave Google one last shot-the morning of the extraction but I was depressed by then and expecting no miracle.Dr. Iyad Fakhouri staff was so nice and got me right in - that day. Dr. Fakhouri took a look at the situation and said he could do it all. Meaning, he could save some of the tooth material, do the root canal, build up and crown my most important tooth. That was AWESOME and saves the integrity of the what was a decent tooth. The procedure is very expensive but not one penny more than anyone else would charge, and in fact, about half the price when you kick the endodontist out of the food chain, not need bridge that would be three times more, and just have one guy maintain what you do have going for you.Dr. Iyad Fakhouri is so cool I plan to grow old with him. I know I wont be farmed out and he can handle most anything dental. And financially, they will work with people who are serious. I am not saying they take payments but they sure stay realistic on fees and they dont make you feel less a person if you dont have thousands at the very that moment. I think the way other firms made me feel about not having the higher fees they demanded - was a lot of the pressure. If you feel you need another opinion - HE IS YOUR MAN!!!
