My computers Hard drive gave out and I was lucky enough to pick this company for my repair. They replaced my hard drive and reinstalled my programs and now it works like it did 5 years ago when I bought it. The price was comparable to other companies and the service was top notch.

My old Windows 7 PC was running slower and slower, but I really did not want to move to Windows 10. They solved the problem by installing a new solid state drive and then cloning my system. Presto, same system and software, much better performance. Excellent work, quick and reasonably priced. Will definitely work with them again.

Not only was he able to save documents that others had told me could not be retrieved, but he found more that I thought had been lost for good that to me were quite important. Josh did not stop there. He gave me information that will allow me to make use of my hard drive that I was completely unaware was possible. We fix computers is terribly unprofessional. The owner, she is one of the main reasons I will never be back in that shop. She is rude, snappy, and has no idea what she is talking about or doing when it comes to electronics, period. I had my computer fixed at this place a few months ago in July and the tech was great, everything worked great and he was very professional and helpful every step of the way. I came back to get my phone repaired and it looks like the place only has 2 mediocre employees and a high strung business owner that tries to scam you into hundreds of dollars in repairs that I don’t think she even knows what they are. When I called, the owner was off for the day “Black Friday shopping” and didn’t seem to care when I received my phone back! She was too busy shopping to answer my questions and when I asked to come pick my phone because I was originally told it would only take 1 day, NOT 4, she got irritated with me and threatened legal action! What in the world?! They hadn’t even started fixing my phone yet, and they said 24 hours. So if I decide to pick it up and go elsewhere, they threaten legal action? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I could handle paying a little more for knowledgeable techs, but it seems those techs have been swapped out. I finally got my phone back, the camera isn’t working now... what a mess! The shop is seriously lacking in the knowledge department, rude and misleading, unprofessional. I could go on and on. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

The staff here is amazing. I am terrible with doing physical damage to my laptop. Ive now broken the screen and charge port on separate incidents. They have gone out of their way to fix it both times even ordering new tools to remove the old lead charge port. Fixing the charge port took two weeks between ordering new parts and tools but that was so much better than having to replace my laptop. Worth it.

Had a drive crash on me and took it in to salvage what files could be saved. They put them on a flash drive so I could put them on another computer. Although I already had a replacement, I could have got a new computer there too. Looks like they build high performance boxes there.

I am a small business owner and like most others I know enough about computers to get by and that is about it. These guys are a life saver, I needed to add a new computer station for my office and my wife/bookkeeper was asking for a dual screen and be connected to the network. This is the best place to take your computer to have it repaired. If you are taking your computer anywhere else to have it repaired, you are making a mistake. Brandon and Ryan, the technicians at the Sarasota store who repaired my computer, diagnosed the root cause of the problem, corrected the problem, and tested the computer, to make sure the problem did not reoccur. Ryan provided updates throughout the process, and made usage recommendations to avoid any problems in the future. We Fix also sells remanufactured ink cartridges that are guaranteed. The new ones you buy at the big box stores cartridges are more expensive and are not guaranteed. The staff at We Fix was pleasant and genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction. If I need repair service in the future, I will definitely bring my computer to We Fix. Thank you all very much.
