I highly recommend Zahia.I needed a last minute dress alteration and she put a slit in my dress that was done seemlessly and looked beautiful.Her prices are fair and she does quality work.She even came in on a Saturday to make sure I had my dress for a charity event.

I would give her 10 stars if i could! She was very helpful and she even sacrificed her own time on saturday so that i could get my jumpsuit in time to wear. I got stuck in traffic and was late to pick it up but she stayed and waited for me and let me try the jumpsuit on to make sure i liked it. She even re-steamed it for me when i accidentally wrinkled it in the dressing room . She clearly knows what shes doing and she cares about making sure her customers are satisfied with her work. I HIGHLY REC OMMEND this place and will definitely be going back! The price was also very reasonable! I was very pleased with how my jumpsuit turned out, and i was also very pleased with my experience there. So it was a win-win for me! Thanks SO much!

Zahia did all of the alterations for my string orchestra. She was professional and timely. She came to our school to measure all of the formal attire and had it returned to us in just a couple of days. The workmanship was superb! I would highly recommend Zahia Fashions for your alterations!!!

I went here to get my dress altered for prom. initially i had to get something done on the bust because it was too small, so she added a bow to make it stretch across. I didnt like it (not because it wasn’t done well, it was, it just wasn’t my style) so i had her do a corset back and it looked incredible. It really looked like i had bought it that way. I got so many compliments! Then, 3 days before prom i noticed that my dress was wayyyy too long so i called her frantically asking if she could alter it and she said she could, and she did. I would totally recommend!

Absolutely wonderful quality and hemming! Zahia made me feel as if I have known her for a long time. She was very quick as in I gave her my prom dress 2 weeks before prom and have all my alterations done within a week! Such a sweet lady and will recommend to anyone! Just amazing. I needed a bridesmaids dress seriously altered for my sisters wedding. I only had 4 weeks notice of the wedding and less than a week to get it altered after it arrived. Zahia worked literally day and night so that my dress would finish in time for my sisters wedding. And it looked PERFECT!

Zahia is wonderful! She has altered several dresses for me and always does an amazing job. I have brought her two bridesmaid dresses that looked like potato sacks on me and she tailored them into dresses I would wear again after the weddings. Worth every penny!

Zahia did an excellent job altering my dress. The dress is all lace and difficult fabric so I did not feel comfortable making the alterations myself. Zahias work was expertly done and finished in a very timely manner. And her charges were very reasonable. Be sure you budget time to pick up your item when she contacts you to say that it is done as well.

I had been worried about it, but she knew how to fix the problems right away. Her work was flawless and timely, and she charges very good prices. Zahias work is incredible! She is a true professional. She takes her time to make sure everything is expertly perfect. Even though all the High School homecomings are within the same month - Zahia still focused on each dress and each girl to make sure it was perfect. We will definitely be back again.

DO NOT GO HERE! I would give negative stars if I could. I brought my wedding dress here to be altered, but nothing major just a hem and brought in around the bust. I was scheduled to pick it up today, and I received a call telling me that she JUST started working on the dress and it would not be ready. On top of that she told me it would cost an extra $100 than she had quoted. I did not have $250 in my budget for a simple alteration! If she had told me before I would have just bought a brand new dress! Now I am in a predicament with no dress to wear to my wedding. Pretty much as bad of business as it gets. I wish this was not a true story.

All around quality service! Always more than satisfied with the professional work Zahia has to offer. Prices are extremely reasonable and satisfaction is guaranteed. Highly recommended for any sort of alterations or custom dress making.

Did a WONDERFUL job altering my wifes wedding dress. Met estimated price and had dress ready on time. Very nice person!

Be warned! Make sure she takes your measurements and writes them down on your receipt before you leave your things with her!I dropped off some pants (all the same, but in different colors) to have them taken in. Please understand, I could not buy pants small enough in this style. Its not that I used to be bigger. I weigh 115 lbs and have weighed 115 lbs for about 11 years, with NO fluctuations more than 5 lbs here and there. Im not saying this for vanity purposes, just trying to get my point across... If I lost weight I would look sickly. Theres already no fat on my body.Now that you understand my situation, I received the pants back and they were at least a size too small. So, because she was so nice when I dropped them off I just went back and basically let her know and asked how we could put it right.As soon as she realized that I was telling her a mistake must have been made she literally cut me off mid-sentence and said No, I dont make mistakes. You gained weight. If I am heavier now than I was when I dropped them off then I would have been literal skin and bones. Not to mention they were too tight across my hipbones. My hipbones dont shrink. I could not have been smaller when she pinned them.Finally she asked me how long Ive had them back (in a very condescending tone). I told her, truthfully, that I picked them up last week. Im sure she was expecting me to say that I had them a long time because she thought for a minute and then said How long did I have them to work on? She had them for 2 weeks and I told her so (I do still have my receipt so this can be proved).When I told her that she got this smug look on her face and said See? This happens all the time. You gained weight. Again, I could not have been smaller when she pinned them. I ended up putting them on so she could look at them. Weve had some communication issues where we just didnt understand each other when I dropped off my things so I thought maybe this was one of those cases. She told me she could not have pinned them that tightly. THIS IS EXACTLY MY POINT! She must have taken them in more when she inverted the seam without realizing it. Though she seemed to think she was proving her own point that I gained weight.Let me also be clear that ALL of my other clothes that I wear everyday still fit me just fine and I usually wear jeggings because I have such a hard time finding jeans that fit. If I did gain weight my other pants would not fit anymore, however, they do still fit. Imagine that.But she wouldnt budge and I ended up angry because she wouldnt listen or work with me at all and left.It must be said that the sewing was perfect and they looked like I bought them at the store like that. They just dont fit at all anymore. She also fixed some shirts for me. Same problem, I just couldnt buy one size smaller and they were a draped style shirt so they just looked baggy on me rather than stylish. She knew what to do to fix the problem and they look great on me now. However, I will not be going back because she was so rude to me and refused to work with me at all.Basically I look at it as: I paid double price to have the shirts fixed and for her to throw away 3 pairs of pants. Not a great experience.

Zahia designed and made the most fabulous 3 piece outfit for me for a wedding in Maui, Hawaii in March, 2015. Every detail was perfect and although it was an Italian silk material with an intricate floral design, she turned it into an exquisite work of art. It is my favorite item of clothing. Highly professional, expert skill and a lovely lady. Thank you so much Zahia....I will be back!

It took over a month for her to alter my clothing items and on top of that I was charged three times more than anywhere Ive been before. She doesnt offer the prices up front and surprises you with an outrageous bill when you go to pick your items up. This is the biggest rip off. Go literally anywhere else. What a scam.
