So I called and received a message to send a text message to the same number. I left a message and also sent a text. After some time we set a time and date to have service done. No call, no show, and the vehicle say all day waiting. I herd great things about this business, buy too bad they wont show or reschedule.

I asked them to restore my minivan like it hadn’t seen any kiddos... I was super shocked that they were able to as my van is abused on a daily basis by 5 kiddos!! My van looks brand new and shiny I almost don’t even want them back in to make a mess!!! I love my van looks like a million dollars right now

Super disappointed with the customer service I was provided. I went by the shop to get a quote on getting my 2020 Toyota corolla detailed and was given a price and the guy I spoke with was very friendly and I immediately scheduled an appointment with the expectation that if the work done was good that I would be a returning customer since I have two small kids and like to keep my car clean. I also was able to have my brother in law make an appointment to also have his Ford Raptor detailed at the same house. I was never given a time which I was fine with because I work from home and informed the guy I made an appointment with that I work from home so it would be fine as long as it was able to be done before 3pm. The day of the appointment I hear nothing from him and finally message him around 11am to see if he can give an estimated time on when his guys would be by to clean my car and my brother in laws. I can see that the message was read and ignored and my brother in law called him with no answer and no return call.Extremely extremely disappointed is an absolute understatement of my experience with this company.

Very disappointed. They tried to raise the price multiple times after they had already started on the car. They did not wash the outside of the car and the inside smells worse than before. Found french fries underneath the passenger seat. Windows in the back were not cleaned( needed this the most since I have dogs who like to kiss the windows). Paid over $200 for absolutely nothing. I do not recommend this company and will not use ever again.

Great service rick is a stand up guy who is very knowledgeable in car care highly recommend. Fleet services available On request .want to help your commercial vehicles and you business look good or just your personal every day driver pro buff will get the job done professional and dependable.

Pro buff has detailed a couple of our cars a few times each in the past 7 years. We have four kids so our cars have gotten pretty messy.They always do a great job, cars look like new. I will be calling them soon again.

Probuff showed up on time and detailed my wifes 2006 Honda Pilot (black). The headlights were cloudy and the paint was dull. After a few hours, the vehicle looks nearly brand new. Great job! Highly recommend the Probuff Crew!
