Outside clean satisfied. Not satisfied with the interior clean! They left a lot of spots with dust and not vacuumed correctly!

Great place! It does get busy but the line moves pretty quickly and the staff is extremely friendly. My car looked great and I have two dogs that shed like crazy.

Nice staff but expected more from the package i purchased according to what they offered. Not satisfied. I purchased the Most expensive package with everything included plus an extra charge for the interior, that’s why i felt disappointed.

I wish I could give this 10 stars! Staff are extremely friendly and courteous. The two kids that wipe your car down afterward, btw, no extra charge, were very professional, and, all I asked was for a $6 car wash and they treated me like royalty!! Excellent I recommend it highly!!!

Left side of the carwash inside did not even work, vacuums were low power and the heads dont allow you to get tight corners. Tried location again, they turned 3 cars away at 4:40pm, said closed, as 6 employees stood there, available.

I have not one complaint. Ive been coming here for about 6 months now. They are professional and work hard. I always make sure I tip. Its hot and they are doing a great job inside and out

I’ve been coming here for 2 years now. I purchased one of their monthly service plans which is exceptional for the price! During 2020 I had health issues and the owner went out of his way to help me with my subscription, knowing I had no real income. Just recently my car broke down and, again, he was understanding and went out of his way to accommodate. I would recommend this business to anyone as the quality and friendliness of the employees combined with the outstanding service they provide is truly unsurpassable. 10 stars if they were available.

We have used Optimus Car Wash and Detail Center for two years. We subscribe to the six-month daily “Better Wash” option which includes A. Power pressure pre-wash by an attendant, B. A pass through the automatic car wash with tire side-wall scrub and wax. C. Hand cleaning and polishing of wheels. D. Hand dry of car exterior with clean dry towels.The attendants are well trained and courteous. We give the company a 5-star rating.

This location on Cortez in Bradenton was the one I used respectfully. After the first time running through this wash there were spots not cleaned. I pointed out the spots to the young man operating the unit. He seemed to disagree with my disappointment.

This is the only place I will go to have my car washed! The team always do a phenomenal job, however going this weekend my car was especially dirty and Sergio took his time and made sure every bit of my car was dirt free! He paid special attention to wiping down the dash board and my condo making sure all the pet hair and dust was gone and made it shine! Once again thank you very much to Sergio for going above and beyond to make my car happy!!Thanks Jacki

Great job on the wash and added the $9 interior clean, which was excellent. Entry attendant Adam was very nice and the guys at the end were fast and thorough. Bring cash for a tip if youre pleased with the service!

Best car wash EVER! Both my husband and I had memberships. We are moving out of town therefore we no longer can partake of their services. We recommend Optimus most definitely . Customer service was always great as well.

When they sprayed tires it got on the trim. I don’t know how to get it off. Could have been cleaner inside

Great place to get your vehicle looking great but when you leave and get home I always find a lot of water sopts and where the vehicle isnt dried all the way. I always have to go over the vehicle so I dont have water spots all over.

Ive been extremely happy with Optimus Car Wash on Cortez Road. I initially was greeted by Marcus/Marcos, one of the owners, I believe. Great guy. I purchased an unlimited wash program (the Better Wash) and it makes me proud and happy every visit. Job well done EVERY time. So glad I found them. It comes out to be about $1 a day for what I get and that includes shining my wheels and tires each time! Im usually there and done in less than 8-15 minutes. I highly recommend Optimus Car Wash!

BEST DAMN CAR WASH, polite super clean facility, very professional. My cars have never looked better other than when I drove them off the sales lot. They vacuum in every nook and cranny of the car clean. They even remove your floor mats ( I have the rubber kind with all the grooves) spray wash and dry them. SERIOUSLY, when Matt and Justin finish you won’t find a speck of dirt or smudge on your windows. The gentleman who takes your order is the nicest and friendly. I would give them 6 stars for exceptional service. Make sure you show your appreciation for a job well done, tip those guys well. I pulled in at 5:43pm on a Friday & they close at 6pm. Adam made sure to tell me its close to closing time so they might not be able to do a full service. I requested a full service because I drove over here for that & they dont close for 17 minutes! As Im pulling out of the car wash 2 of the 3 employees were looking at their watches. I live less than a mile from Blue Dolphin but I drive here because the service has always been great. I will just stay close to home from now on & I recommend they say they take the last car at 5:30.

By Far the very best car wash place around. The quality & service is exceptional. My car was left out for 2 months and I forgot to close my window, well it was filthy and it came out looking brand new . Prices are very good & monthly packages are excellent.

I have used this car wash on several occasions, and have been very pleased every time. The staff greets me in a pleasant and professional manner dressed in company uniforms. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and refreshments are available while they process your car. They always impress me with the quality of their work. There is no hesitation in recommending this car wash facility.

This location does a great job with one glaring exception. For the second time in a row they have failed to replace the Weathertech mat properly, leaving it ABOVE the gas pedal, creating a dangerous situation.Update: I recently met with the manager Marco and was VERY impressed with his concern about the situation with the WeatherTech mats. He had all his employees look at the situation in order to understand what they need to do to insure the mats are placed in a proper manner. While I will still double check the mats each future visit, Im more than satisfied that the matter has been more than adequately addressed. Therefore I have given a 5 star rating.

The best car wash in the area!Ive been washing my car at Optimus for couple of months now and my ten year old car has never looked better. I get compliments all the time and I always recommend Optimus Car Wash...The place has been fully renovated recently and they are using top of the line equipment and car care products.Hence the compliments....Their Best wash is by far the best quality service you can get on the market right now. That Magma Max (Lava) just works wonders...Not to mention their staff that does excellent job cleaning the interior of the car and it is always extra friendly and helpful. This is by far the best and friendliest service I’ve ever received, at any car wash. So, not only do they give you excellent service, you also get a really great car wash. After going several times, I decided to get the unlimited car wash package, so now I go as often as I want to (no charge each time I go). When I want the interior cleaned, it only costs me $5 because I’m considered a member. Mikey and Justin are always really nice guys and always greet me with a smile. They truly seem happy to work there which is refreshing. Marko, the owner, is there most of the time. He and his team deserve much success. Thanks for providing a great service!

They did such a great job on our interior detail. Our car was filthy from a cross country move and sand from the beach. They got it all out and everything was sparkling clean. Great price and they had it done within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend!

Let me just start by saying that Willie is a very hard worker. He definitely goes above and beyond. He also very friendly.Today, I purchased the best wash and the extra interior clean. It was a good wash and it was fast. My only complaint was that for 27 dollars, the guys up front did not vacuum my trunk which says its included for the 9 extra.All in all, worth the money.
