I called this business end of December, wanting detailing of my one & only vehicle. Appointment made for Tuesday, January 5 at 2pm. I totally cleaned out all things out of my car making it easy excessible for cleaning, had out in drive. Phone call came that day a.m. telling me that due to delay in delivery of chemicals that they were to receive on Wednesday we wanted to reschedule for Friday, January 8 at 2pm. Friday came at sometime after 2pm received call that due to previous customers that day, that added more services to their schedule, that they would not be able to get to me. Rescheduled for Tuesday 12th at 1pm. Tuesday came received call that a.m. that they have no idea why but I got wrote down to have services on Friday’s schedule. So now here we are at 2:30pm on Friday & no one. When attempting to call, recording that no one available to take call. Then a call at approximately 2:40pm that they were on they’re why. This business has no business. They don’t know customer service. And have no skills in scheduling or holding true to their word. DONE!!!!!!
