Best barber shop in town! My son has been going for 3 years, getting his hair cut by Bre. She is precise, sweet and great with the kids. The place is always clean with a great atmosphere and all the other barbers are always super nice, even if you arent their regulars. Awesome local business and group of people!

Nicole is excellent at cutting hair and super down to earth. She does a great job every time! Even my wife approves. 😁 We brought our son in to get his Mohawk tuned up and she was excellent with him and was able to get it perfect! All around great experience every time.

Took my son in for a haircut last week and for his first hot shave today. He loves this place because its not a salon filled with old ladies and moms. This is a cool place for guys like him. Bre is fantastic and Shane the owner is a pretty cool cat. I highly recommend this place. Moms your sons will thank you!

I absolutely love this Barber Shop! Look no further, I mean it! The atmosphere is upbeat, positive, clean, and welcoming! I see Barber Nicole, she’s awesome, super talented, and she got my style right away after showing her a picture of the look I wanted to go for (folks, please be realistic, though, and know your hair type and what’s possible). Everybody here is super laid back and friendly, but yet professional and committed to their craft. Locals Barbershop is also very family-friendly, and their pricing is unbeatable. You get quality, value and awesome service! Locals really stands up to its name, because from the second you come in, you’re treated just like a neighbor and a friend.

Best local hair cuts for men! The store is so clean and all the tools were also very clean. There was also new combs for every customer which was very nice. The stylists were all very friendly and welcoming to all. In addition, their prices were very reasonable $10 for a basic cut and $15 for a fade cut! Highly recommend this local barber shop!

Love this place I will never go anywhere else to get my haircut. The whole crew and staff is nice and friendly. But I think the female to the best hair cutting. No offense guys but yeah its a great place to get your haircut. Theyre also very good at trimming and cutting beards and doing all that stuff. This is my only place Ill ever go to from now on unless they close the doors. Which I hope they never do. They also have a nice cute box with a ton of music on there so you can listen to whatever you want.

My son had his first barber shop experience here. We are from out of town. The staff was very friendly and the barber spoke to my son like he was any other customer and included him in the dialogue about how to cut and style his hair. He really enjoyed it. Normally he gets his hair cut at home so this was his first time getting it cut at the barber. When asked about how his first barber shop experience was he replied, It was really cool, I really liked it! Thank you for a good experience.

First impressions of my experience suggest that this has become my new home.Bre gave me an unquestionably pro-quality cut with attention to shaping and thinning in proportion to the melon I try to grow hair on. To complete the job, touch-up with razor and hot lather cleaned the lines on my beard, mustache and neck.Although theres a younger generations street-wise vibe to the place, the shop specializes in doing all sorts of cuts across generational and style lines. The other two barbers working at the time appeared to be applying the same care and attention to detail to their customers.The open and friendly vibe to the place should be welcoming to a wide variety of customers, which is good: the welcome to all thing should serve many customers well and at the same time make this a successful shop.If youll still reading this, I presume you may be intrigued. If so, give them a try. Whatever your style, I suspect theyll make you happy.

I wont be back. Wait 45 minutes to an hour and everyone who walks in the door goes ahead of me! If you do walk ins then have someone who services them! THEN a teenager with issues walks in with his mother wearing big headphones and a tablet and as soon as he walks in the door demands the TV gets shut off and they shut it off in a millisecond and the kid keeps demanding they shut it off. He could not hear it or even see it as he was hooked up to his own tablet. Yet the people sitting there waiting for an hour need to look at their navels. Ironically as I think I can get in a chair the next up is the kid! Walked out never to return and never to recommend.

Got a haircut with Jacob, called up and initially spoke with Shane who’s apparently the owner. He got me to download the app TheCut which is really convenient. Ended up talking with everyone in there when I showed up. It’s nice and sleek inside, cool vibe and fun workers and environment. I actually got some good advice on how to get my cuts, since I’m clueless when asked, and I let him do his thing and got a new style moving forward. This is now my go to spot in Bradenton after today.

Downloaded an app called the The Cut and thats when I found Bre who works at Locals Barber Shop. It was the best thing that could have ever happened to my hair! The place itself is really nice and comfortable, Bre is the BEST, and prices cant be beat!

I dont write many reviews, but Local Barber Shop deserves one:Its rare that i find a place that constantly gives me a fantastic haircut. Most places in Bradenton are very inconsistant.Every time i go to Locals i get a great cut, and they havent dissapointed once. In fact, i have sat in EVERY barbers chair in the place and all of them have done a great job (I dont know of any other place i could say that about)!Great shop/great staff: i couldnt recommend a better place to get your hair cut.
