After happening to notice today my rear tire was almost flat, I called up Tire Choice Auto Service Center at 8712 E. State Road 70 in Bradenton. I reached Joe who was very courteous and nice. To ensure my safety & avoid risking damage to the tire or rim, he recommended I try to get some air put into it which I did. Late on a Saturday afternoon, I wasnt sure if theyd be able to help me, but he told me to bring it in & theyd take a look at it. When I brought it over, they got me in quickly, found a portion of a nail that caused the issue, patched it up, and I was out the door. Thank you to Joe & his team for their great service & kindness! I would definitely use them again!

My stock tires on my Chevy 2500 have a vibration at 80 mph. I asked for a rotation balance and alignment. When I return they had done the rotation and the alignment supposedly but had not done the balance. After staying a little longer I was notified that they were unable to do a balance to check tires at that speed and I would have to go somewhere else.Hop in the car and find that the TPMS is off by 10 PSI and all four tires. So either they neglected to reset the TPMS, their equipment is faulty, or they didnt actually check the air pressure in my tires.The oil Reading on the gauge was never reset. Little things like this in the PSI bothering me because they are so simple to do that if theyre not done you question whether anything else was done correctly or at all.Since I have to go somewhere else to get my tires balanced I will be having them check everything else while theyre at it. Maybe the tire choice auto service up the street is the one I was meant to go to.Best of luck.Update: reminded daily as I still have brake rotors that need to be lathed or replaced.... A service I specifically requested. I went to this place to spend money, and couldnt do it. Who does that?!!

We service our 2 vehicles at Tire Choice at 8172 E State Rd 70. Recently had to have some moderately extensive work done on the 12 Fusion, and planned it for last weekend w/ Joe, the store manager. On Saturday, Joe called to let me know that some issues had come up that would mean the repairs would take longer than expected, putting us behind the proverbial 8 ball regarding transportation to/from work the first part of the coming week. Long story short, got a call from Joe Sunday am that he had gotten the part overnighted and the tech came in to get it done so that we wouldnt be inconvenienced any further. I picked our car up on Sunday afternoon, completed, after expecting g several days of delay. This is not the first time that this location of Tire Choice has gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service, and we look forward to keeping our business with them.

If you are looking for an honest, personable, and professional shop, look no further! I was there earlier today because I had a dead battery from the night before. The guys here were incredible! They noticed I possibly had a warranty on my battery and offered to drive me over to the Walmart down the street were I had purchased it. Ive never had an honest shop look out for the customer like this before! They couldve easily not said anything to me. Unfortunately it was 3 months out of the warranty but they still were able to sell me a great battery at a great price. While in the waiting room I observed friendly personable service to every single customer that walked through the door. I will definitely be taking my car to get serviced here from now on when Im unable to make it to The Villages to my dads shop. Absolutely exceptional service by ALL!

While driving on highway, suddenly heard loud metallic scraping noise coming from front. By chance found Tire Choice. Were very busy, explained situation. Bruce was very kind and courteous, took info and keys saying would work it in. Was repaired and back to me within 30 minutes. Definitely the place to have your car serviced!

I just stopped in for an oil change and the customer service was great that took me in as fast as the could the manager answered all the question I had. I just want to say how my visit to Tire Choice went. Shay is the best associate this company has in my opinion. I was at his store a 11am for 2 new tires, they did not have them at this store, He call a order in and had them delivered to the store by 1pm and had me down the road by 2pm. Most people would have said wait till next week, but Shay is the best and had them for me in a few hours, My wife and I got lunch and came back to the store and they put the tires on. Perfect job, no bounce no noise, just a perfect ride. Shay is the best and a good price on the tires to.

My friends come to this location all the time. They highly recommend them. Something wasnt right with my tire past couple days. So this am it got worse. so i called and they got me right in. I Thought maybe balance was off. But they found my tire (purchased elsewhere in April, was defective and had a broken belt) they got me in and taken care of this am and was able to pick my car up at lunch time. Definitely will return and recommend.

Shay (Im not quite sure if thats how he spells it) is great. Some of the other customer staff is not so friendly. They have been readily available to help me with my tire needs the last month thankfully and I havent had to worry about my tires actually getting shipped or arriving when they say they were going to.

I had them change brake pads and rotors on my Canyon. Immediately after I picked up the truck and headed to Miami I noticed a new grinding noise on the front left tire.I brought the truck back on a Sunday morning, when I picked it up on the afternoon before the closed they said they did not have an specialist on site that day so they could not check the truck at all. Lost an entire dayThen I try a different day and we actually scheduled an appointment for today at 9am so their specialist could check the truck. They called me at 4:30pm saying that they JUST checked the truck and nothing was wrong. They said they would check it out again and hanged up.Now is 5:30pm and I realized that they closed without letting me know that they were closing with my truck in there, I have no keys to get in my house now and will have to pay a hotel and have a entire lost weekend.I used to recommend this shop but changing my rotors with them had costed me a lot more money than GMC and lost weekends.

Came into the store 20 minutes before closing Saturday afternoon, told manager ROB that I just needed a tire put on that I had even went and bought a new tire and they just had to put it on real quick. I had ran over a nail on interstate and was losing air with toddlers in vehicle, rob looked at me and replied well we are about to close in 15 minutes. So I drove off and went and found a new tire shop. Way to go Rob with poor customer service, could have went the extra mile and helped a family in need to get back on interstate but was to eager to get off work. Will not return .

I went in assuming I would need a lot of work done: and was pleasantly surprised when the mechanic told me I would need a lot less. Honest, trustworthy employees which is always important when youre trusting someone with your car. They are my number one choice for any future service! Plus they work with local high schools to sponsor sports programs. Love them!

They kindly patched it for free, and when I thought another tire was leaking a week later, I took my car in and they provided services for free, yet again! Just recently, I went in for an oil change, and I had the same positive experience and they gave me a discount on the normal cost. Very friendly and professional employees. It was a work day but they were able to drive me back to my work a couple miles away which I was very appreciative of. This location is extremely great to work with! They are very accommodating and strive to have your business. The friendliness of the staff (especially Shea and Travis) is top-notch and they make any issue you have less intimidating. All work that they do is communicated ahead of time and the prices are very fair. The quality of work is also far above the price paid. They are very efficient in getting the work done and if they cannot get it done when you walk in, they try to schedule you an appointment as quick as possible. I’ll be sure to come back when I have issues in the future!

I called 2 days ahead to schedule an oil change and they didnt have the correct filter in stock. I ended up spending almost 30 minutes to be told it would take another 2 hours to get a filter. It was not a good experience and I didnt get the oil change.

I was losing tire pressure due to a torn valve stem and took my car to a tire place down the road from here. They were more concerned about closing up shop then helping me so a quick search on Google Maps took me here. The guys at Tire Choice were not only friendly, but they changed out the torn valve stem for FREE! I will definitely be purchasing my next set of tires from them and sending everyone I know there. There is always a warm welcome and there is always the time provided to fully explain the work needed and the price to get it done. GREAT JOB!

We had a appointment today to get a flat tire taken care of. It took them 26 minutes, a record time for me. I love how quickly the job, no matter what it is, gets done. Always friendly, helpful, and you sure cant beat the price. We have been return customers for over 2 year, and I always make sure to tell family and friends how much I appreciate them.

Had a fantastic experience this afternoon at Tire Choice. The shop I normally go to wouldnt be able to see me until 3 p.m. the following day. I called here and Shay was so nice and said I could bring my car around right away for a tire replacement- which is what the first shop told me. Instead, Travis at the front desk explained that theyd try to see if they could patch it and if it was nothing, they wouldnt charge me anything. Music to my ears! I think a lot of places still try to take advantage of the lone woman in the mechanics shops but these guys were extremely courteous and professional and now they are my go-to shop. Shaye and Travis were absolutely amazing. They went far above and beyond to make sure we made it to the Tampa Bay Blues Festival. Travis came in at 5:30 in the morning to get the car ready to install the radiator. Fantastic fellows.

Tire choice is a great great company. I had a mobile mechanic work on my car who lets say didnt do great work and messed some things up. Everyone at tire choice worked with me so well to get everything fixed properly they even actually had me come back a week after fixing it for a free oil change to make sure there werent any more problems after driving the car for a week. I definitely recommend tire choice. Very friendly and very efficient hardworking team of guys.

We went to a previous place and they quoted us one price on the phone and when we got there gave us a price of $150 more.Shea took the time to explain the warranty, upgraded our tire choice and discounted them to fit our budget. Ive only had one opportunity to visit this tire shop but the service and turnaround was extremely good. They were able to change a tire within a 30 minute window even with no appointment. Appointments are recommended though as they can get busy. The staff was extremely helpful and the installation looked good with no damage to my late model Accord. The lobby couches were a bit on the grungy side but there were also quite a few chairs that were in much better condition. To kill time, you can always do some thrift shopping at the Goodwill across the plaza.

Ive been to this location several times and never had a problem. I stopped in a few minutes till 6 to get a simple plug in my tire which literally takes 10 min. The guy tells me he dont have anyone there to fix it for me, but when I pull in there are 4 people standing around. Way to do business

We had a 10am appointment for an oil change at the SR 70 Lakewood ranch location and it wasn’t done until 3:30pm. We waited a few hours last week with a 10am appt. as well. Don’t go here unless you have time to waste. They do not prioritize appointments.

I ordered a set of tires and I called in the day before and asked to be scheduled and the operator helped me out and got me in early in the morning. I was relieved to be able to be in safe new tires as soon as possible. Great workmanship and honest people. I would recommend them to anyone.

On my way out of town for the weekend only to find that I have a tail light out, stopped at Tires Choice and Matt and his crew Travis and James went out of their way to help get me going quickly. They replaced my bulb within 15 minutes and did not charge me a dime, just asked that I come back when I need something else. Great way to start our weekend, highly recommended and I will be back.😀✔

This place is run by a bunch of crooks, they installed a part on my truck without asking first then charged me for it. Nick hung up on me and was very rude. Hands down worst place ever!!!!! Do not go here, the mechanics suck.

I had a great experience with getting tires at McGee Auto Service & Tire. I shopped around and my last stop was the McGee shop on route 70 (Lakewood Ranch). I was greeted by Odie, who proceeded to give me excellent customer service and he also took the time to give me some much needed information about buying tires. Its nice to deal with a professional that has a passion for their business and thats exactly what Odie provided. Passion, knowledge and experience. McGee Auto Service matched the tire prices that Sears was offering and was able to have them in stock and installed much faster. Doing business with McGee is the way to go. Great staff, great customer service and great prices. Ill be back for sure!

Woke up this morning to a flat tire. A Google searches revealed Tire Choice Was one of the few places open on Sunday. After filling the tire I drove over there and met with Travis who was extremely helpful and got to my tire right away. Excellent service and highly recommend.

I came for a flat repair. They said 3 hours. So I left tire. 8 hours later they are acting like they’re doing me a favor to finish the work in one day.

I had two screws in one tire. My husband had a good experience with Tire Choice when they first opened in Bradenton on State Road 70. He had a tire issue and he was very happy with the service. Chris the manager scheduled an apt to repair my tire. I was very happy with their customer service as well as the job they did. I recommend highly.

The work was good. They took care of my wheels with no scratches. That said the following could use work. I made an appointment but it wasnt in their system so I was initially going to be turned away but they made room and got it done. The installation went fine but my wheels were left filthy with grease and brake dust.. Seat covers were not used and I had to clean some grease off of my seats. Tire pressures were not set to factory specs - they were way over inflated. Probably left at the level of pressure used to set the bead. >40psig- I would still use them again but would point out some of the issues before they became issues.

I always trust these guys to take care of my vehicles. They are knowledgeable, honest and efficient.

Great customer service and a very honest company. I went in because I had a nail in my tire and they noticed that it didn’t puncture threw. They took it out and checked my tire pressure without charging me a penny. I’d definitely recommend them to everyone
