Theyre always so helpful and patient at this Toyota dealership. Whenever I anticipate having to come here for any kind of service, I do so without any qualms. They can always fit me in. Theres not much of a wait, but their lounge is comfortable enough.

Gettel Toyota saved me! I traveled to the area for a girls weekend with a couple of friends and my 4runner overheated on the way. I called these guys for help at 6:40 pm on a Friday and they told me I could leave my car overnight to be looked at Saturday am. They did the needed repairs by 2pm Saturday and sent an Uber to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. I was very impressed with the professionalism on every level from the one who answered the phone to the service department. Well done, and many thanks. I hope to get many more miles out of my old 4runner!

Outstanding I worked in the car business. I have never seen a better service writer. My only suggestion would be to designate parking spot where vehicle was left so writer doesnt need to search for customers vehicle. It wastes a lot of the employees time.

Just love it here at Gettels in Bradenton and Sarasota too we will be getting at new truck in about 2 months
