Ive held an auto insurance policy with this office since 2014. Best price, responsive office and no issues ever. I usually speak to Diane and she is always courteous and professional. Im happy to be a State Farm customer.

I have always reviewed an answer to questions the day I called. Both Kim and Diane are great. They are always after what’s best for me. I’ve been with State Farm for over 30 years and when we moved to Florida and didn’t think about not moving our insurance to State Farm.

It would be nice if they had hours for working people, I guess I won’t be changing to State Farm.....

Needed roadside assistance on a vehicle, they sent out dodge neon to change a tire when we needed a tow. When I made the agent aware, she was completely ok with letting me leave as a customer than help out with a $60 charge for sending out the wrong service. They also have raised my rate every 6 months and when I asked why, they said accords are getting in more accidents! Not me but my car model- horrible service!

Not my usual state farm, all I needed this visit was a notary, but the agents I met were very friendly. Would definitely go back if I need more service while Im in the area

Registered as a new client and asked for email notice concerning any changes in the new flood insurance map, and nothing. When I called and asked why, and they just blew me off.Never again! !
