This is not place I wanna do business I bought 4 cars here first bmw I paid for it sent title picked up 2nd car I bought an 3rd car paid an I was late on one paid late fee no titles 4th car I buy get title go get it the 2 car I buy as a runner no it inop they don’t say nothing it won’t run should been in in- op lane no tithes I aske asked I won’t pick cars up cause title could be messed up or no title in process in may my 23 daughter passed good rest her soul then I catch Covid 2 months I don’t wanna get any one sick I call auction numerous times they don’t care bout there customers I tell you they rack bunch storage on me I did not pick cars up till I get titles I had things happen I say but I don’t expect a free ride just maybe little understand like work with me but now I send truck to get cars I got one the other one would not alliw now I’m out1400 dollars it just crazy I want nothing to do sastra Adesa they would not give me titles they won’t stand behind there word you buy car out of running row you think it runs not in- op they have in- op row thank you for listening

Best car auction place EVER

Striped the new parking lot so dont know much about this place, it was pretty popular and had tons of very very nice cars in the inventory so Im sure they do a great job

From a transporters view; place is pretty much on point. all Adesas shld take after this one.

Just like the comment below. $10K unit $500 in buy fees. After five days storage fees during a pandemic (you cant even get drivers during this time) and needless to say a NAM title not announce. All in one unit. We have a winning auction right here. Will not ever look at this auction again. Update 5/19/2020. I have now left three messages at this auction since late Feb. Not one person has returned any of the calls.

Management here is the worst!! They’re rude and disrespectful when u try to save money on their crazy high buy fees!! Napoleon loves his authority role and clearly has the little mans syndrome dubbed “Napoleon complex.” And then Lisette, instead of being concerned for a buyer who spends tons of money annually, is concerned for her buy fee. None of my buyers will ever step foot here again!! Do yourself a favor and go through ACV or DAX! Muuuch cheaper fees!!

Fees are insane, you will never grow your company to compete with Manheim when charging excessive fees. Prices are high enough in Florida and you add high fees. We rarely buy at Adesa because of this and I know many dealers that feel the same.

Fantastic people! Great service, large- leather couched lounge area and snacks if you need to wait. Offered bottled water while I waited for an employee to return. No hassle, straight forward company.

Staff is outstanding!!!! Dealer fees are a bit higher than other auctions of this size.... Transport lot is a mess very difficult too get your units loaded and get in and out of lot..... Wish they would adress this.... If lot was better Id give then 4 all day.... Again the staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

A little more organized now. Car carrier parking is still tiny and a cluster **k. But otherwise it has improved .

After winning a vehicle on if reveived the second screen to set up floorpland transportation and psiset up floorplan its even under my purchasesthey said some bologny about the clerk was to slow bla bla bla and they gave the unit to someone else

Went in for an interview, honest to god good people here, the management seems to be on top of things, looks like a tight operation, Im looking forward becoming a part of it

Overall very good experiences a few surprises here and there but they try hard to please

Buyer beware if you buy a car under $2,500 and its green light seller guarantee and if it has a bad transmission too bad so sad its your car and you will be threatened by the GM to have your account suspended like they did mine because I arbitrated a seller guaranteed vehicle it was sold green light with a bad transmission that nobody wanted to guarantee.
