Called and arranged a time to look at my house hardwood floors for a consultation. Took a day off to do this but she ended up completely forgetting about the appointment. Unreliable.

We recently replaced carpet with hardwood in our open living/dining area and master bedroom. We bid the job out to four contractors and landed on Hollowtop Hardwood. Ted was super easy to deal with, was very knowledgeable and got the job done in a week. We feared layers of sawdust throughout the house but the dustless system they used really kept things clean. Katie and her crew were absolutely fantastic! We have Refurbished Barnwood floors, about 10 years old that were starting to give us splinters and looking dull. They completed our floor in 2 phases, and Katie was wonderful at accommodating our schedule!! They also made sure to lock the doors on the way out. I highly recommend Hollowtop Hardwoods.
