Returned calls, emails or texts promptly, pleasant crew, and kept us posted on when theyd be able to start our job. They cleaned up daily and had a walk-around at the end of the job, so everything was completed to our satisfaction. We are pleased and would use Ladder Guys again to do any paint jobs for us.

Nobu and his crew were great!. They managed to squeeze my job in and were flexible, courteous and communicative. I asked for an extra room to get painted but it was really going to be difficult with the time they had available. However, they surprised me by getting it done and they did a beautiful job! Hired Nobu, and his crew (the ladder gals) to paint our 1500 sqft basement (5 rooms - walls & ceilings). Here is a contractor that actually answers his phone, or immediately returns your call. And he shows up on time. What a breath of fresh air! He wrote a reasonable estimate on the spot, which we accepted. Work started two days earlier than expected, which we liked. And it only took 2 days to complete the job. (Please note, that we were also re-flooring the entire basement, so it was pretty much empty, which quickens the job.) His crew - the ladder gals - were nice, precise, on time and clean. Loved them! Nobu says what hes going to do, and then he does what he says. That gets our respect. Nobu and his crew were amazing to work with! They were kind and courteous as well as professional and prompt. Things were always left clean and shoes were removed before entering our home. Nobu was always on top of things and sent daily updates and times of arrival. They did a wonderful job painting our kids bedrooms with fun designs and colors. The crew at The Ladder Guys did a good job for a reasonable price, and when I wasnt happy wth the clean up job Nobu came back to fix it himself and bought some new hardware to get all my curtains back up.
