Ive used this company more than once. A few years ago, they used to turn out great videos! But something happened in 2019, and although they showed up, and filmed my clients wedding, they never created a video or released the footage to the client. They did collect the full amount due, but they never produced the video. Im not sure whats going on with them, but they used to be great (which is why I referred them!), but I will no longer be able to suggest them, seeing there were a good number of couples who also never received their videos, even after paying full price. Im really upset that my clients didnt get what they contracted, AND it was at my suggestion that they hire this company. Buyer beware.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! We hired Anthony & Justin to video our wedding in July of 2020. They promised our video in six weeks. After many attempts of trying to get our video for months, I finally got it in December 2020. They then promised the edits to be done within a few days and I have not been able to get ahold of them since. There is no communication, phones are shut off, emails are returned etc.Horrible customer service, very unprofessional, and awful communication. I would not recommend Bonafide Film House to anyone who wants their wedding video back.They do not deserve one star.

Beware of this company!!!! We had hired them for our August 2020 wedding. We put down a deposit of almost $1,000 and upon reaching out to them a month before our wedding the phone number was turned off as well as the email that we had previously communicated through. The owners of this company Justin and Anthony didnt even have the decency to respond and keep us informed. Now they have made off with $1,000 worth of money they did NOTHING for. SHAME ON YOU for cheating people out of their money!! Karma will get you.

Honestly if I had the option to skip the star rating and give them a big fat ZERO I would!! My best friend had a beautiful wedding, had a beautiful song picked out, and the pictures from her wedding were gorgeous; but, this place never made her video and has now stopped replying to her, and they have blocked her on social media! So if I were you I WOULD NOT use these guys!! And honestly if you compare their video work to others it isn’t that great just saying.

Hired Bonafide for my wedding in August 2018 out in Big Sky, everything was great with the crew that came out and filmed the wedding, and initial correspondence afterwards was great, until it wasnt. In the contract it states that first round revisions would be completed within 90 days, that came and passed. When we did receive the initial videos, we provided some feedback as to minor tweaks we would have liked to see, and since then we have not heard back. My wife and I have called multiple times and left messages, as well as multiple emails to no avail. They have completely disappeared and we still do not have our wedding footage. I am currently researching options and it is beginning to look like I may have to take them to small claims court. Be careful when considering this company.

Anthony and Jane were very lovely at our wedding and seemed to capture most of the day. However, we didn’t hear from them for over 7 months after the wedding and we had to track them down. Since that time, Anthony has given us date after date as to when he would deliver the videos, but the dates come and go without acknowledgement from Anthony. He has promised and missed 4 deadlines and we are coming up on 10 months after the wedding. We are starting to worry if we will ever get our wedding videos at all.

Bonafide Film house I give 2 stars, because with the amount we paid to have our wedding to be videographed we didnt receive everything we paid for. Staff was great he worked with, we had a destination wedding in Glacier MT on July 31 2019. We scheduled to have a reception back home and play our video, I emailed, and emailed until we got it 2 hours before our reception that was on Sept. 14 2019. We still havent received our handmade box with our original, or our edited one besides via email. We have not gotten a response as to why we havent.

I first got in touch with Anthony while I traveling in Montana, looking for a videography service to film for me. I initially was just going to hire him to film a piece for a book I wrote, but since then we have been on a long journey together and he has far exceeded any expectations I had for a videographer.In early August we got together and drank coffee in lovely Ennis for our first meeting. He told me how much he loved his job as a wedding videographer and was very excited to be working with me on projects near his home down in California.In September both Anthony & Justin travelled down to La Carpenteria in California, on a weekend after they had just filmed 3 weddings! I know I would have been uncomfortable driving that far after working that long, but they were real troopers about it. The whole trip they were highly professional and had no complaints about the extremely long shooting schedule. Even in the most uncomfortable of situations filming on the street, they behaved highly professionally and I couldnt have asked for more.Anthony did a fantastic job of explaining the contracts to me and even added no question clauses for a refund if I requested.I couldnt have asked for more out of Bonafide Film House and everyone should use them for their video and filming services!

I would just love a response. We received communication that they were behind in footage editing from 2019 weddings- even if it is just the raw footage, please send it to us.The phone number listed on google does not work.

I’m unfortunately still waiting on my wedding video, we got married June 1. When I emailed them at the end of July, they told me we are about a month out but that was almost 2 months ago and we haven’t gotten any updates. We had a great experience with them at the wedding and hope to be as impressed when we finally get the video.

My husband officiated a wedding in Whitefish this past June that was filmed by Bonafide and our friends (the bride and groom) have yet to receive their video and Bonafide have stopped responding to any communication INCLUDING contact by the couples lawyer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will not receive your wedding video like my friends and a DOZEN other couples.

Justin and Anthony did a great job on my wedding video, they were so nice and helpful with the whole process. They even helped me pick out some of my vendors (and even sent me video samples of all the different bands we were choosing from!) as it seems like they have worked with everyone in the state! My wedding day went off perfectly and it was like they werent even there. The videos are beautiful and very professional!Even when I asked them a few weeks later how I could purchase more discs to give to my family, they insisted on sending them to me for free! They are so nice.

Anthony & Justin with Bonafide Film House are both exceptional beyond words. From being extremely professional, to both having very keen eyes for detail and ideas, this duo crushes the film scene. It has been such an awesome experience to work with the both of them through wedding season and they deserve nothing but the highest praise for their vision. If youre looking for any video work, look no further. Bonafide is the best in the North West.

I’m hopeful that our wedding video will be good but I still don’t have it. They’ve been saying it’s a month out since the beginning of June. I got married May 19. They have never offered information to me but just respond with saying it’s a month out when I ask about it. They were GREAT at the wedding but I’m disappointed with how long I’m waiting for the video and that they have never communicated with me first.8 months after our wedding... still nothing! Looks like we will be taking legal action, unfortunately! If we only had some form of communication, I would be understanding,but they just keep promising dates that come and go.

Bonafide film house was a fantastic value, they came in much cheaper than everyone else who quoted us! Not only did Anthony show up early to my wedding. He was super on top of working with our photographer and officiant and helped everyone coordinate. during the reception, we barely knew he was there. To top it all off he was able to he even surprised with a live stream so my sick parents could watch from florida! I highly recommend Anthony and his team if you are looking for a fantastic and professional video of your wedding!

Bonafide Film House was such a perfect choice for my wedding! I was a bit worried about hiring a videographer since the man at my previous wedding was a real slug, but these guys were a breath of fresh air! Their wedding videos are beautiful! His team was so professional and we barely noticed them day of, they were very polite when it came time to putting my dress on and very politely stood outside until we called them in, knocking again to make sure I was decent, Ill never forget it! I just finished up working with Bonafide Film House and it was such a pleasure. They made a commercial for my hunting company from start to finish and I couldnt be happier with my final product. From the hours on the phone with Justin & Anthony talking about what the commercial would be, to the week we spent filming in the woods (and rain, they never once complained and were even prepared with waterproof bags and rain protection for their cameras), it was actually quite a lot of fun.They gave me a crash course in what storyboarding was so I could be more involved in the planning and they even gave me lessons on how to use my new camera so I can make my own social media video in the future.Justin is wildly knowledgeable in filmmaking, its almost absurd. Any time I would mention a idea I had, he was able to show me a similar scene in a movie to see if that was what I wanted.Anthony was very good at coordinating the entire endeavor and made sure everything ran smooth as butter. Even calling me back at 3.15am one morning because I couldnt make it out that day.The two girls they had helping were also extremely sweet.The commercial will start airing soon and I am so excited.Bonafide Film House did ask me to leave this review, but I was more than willing after the great experience I had with them.

Bonafide Film House filmed my elopement earlier this year. I arranged everything with Anthony that previous winter and he actually created a elopement package for me, as they hadnt filmed one before. He was extremely accommodating and even went and scouted the venue for me!Him and his team showed up early afternoon, with a lady and his business partner Justin. They immediately started shooting and we had a blast! The day went so smooth and they were so professional and lovely to work with. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a video of their special day at a great price.

I was so excited to book with Bonafide to do our wedding video. We are an out of state couple and only had two things that were important to us: the photos and the video. When we booked with Bonafide, we were pumped.Despite some miscommunication of when they would arrive there resulting in me crying and panicking, they were wonderful videographers, very kind to our guests and so fun. All the worry of the day were forgotten.After our wedding...nothing. I have heard almost nothing from them. At the 2 month mark, I checked in and they said they were starting to work on their June weddings (we got married June 29) and they should be complete in 1.5-2 months. That time period came and went with no communication or update. When I reached out again, I had to consult a family lawyer before I could even get a response. The response I got did not include an apology or acknowledgement of a delay of any kind. It said that we would receive our videos on December 10th. It is now December 26th and we have received nothing and have not gotten any type of acknowledgement.I am tremendously disappointed and have reached out to them for a final time before our lawyer begins to take the steps to file a lawsuit in civil court.

I hired this superb team to film my friends wedding as a gift. They did a fantastic job. The videos were beautiful and they were so professional the whole time, I dont think they took a break all day, we had to force them to sit down and eat. If I get married in Bozeman, Ill hire them again in a second. Good honest dudes.

These guys did a wonderful job with my wedding videos! We flew into Bozeman a few days before and Anthony was eager to meet with us, so we could aquatinted before the wedding. We spent the entire wedding day with him and his assistant, we had so much fun! He knew the wedding photographer already, so the day went perfectly and his team worked flawlessly with the photographers!We received the wedding box containing our videos a few days ago and theyre wonderful! I met Anthony Cohen while enjoying a cup of coffee in Toronto earlier this year. He said he was in town filming and lived in Montana. He was so sweet.When my law firm decided to have a couple of commercials made a few months later, he was the first person that popped into mind.We had them come down in August to film at our office in LA. They were very professional and their products were delivered in a timely fashion. The quality is much higher than we expect and we are very excited to use these commercials for the upcoming year.We are already making plans to bring them back early 2017 to film a new ad campaign.

Anthony and Justin were so much fun at our wedding! They came up with the coolest ideas for our wedding video!!!! My fiance didnt want to spend the money on a videographer but were soooo happy we did! My grandma cried when we showed her the videos! I enlisted their services to shoot a friends wedding, and was thrilled with not only the quality, but the ease of interaction. They were very professional and had good suggestions that kept me from being overwhelmed by the whole event (my first time being involved in a wedding). I have called and left 6 messages and have not received a returned phone call. My agency used Anthony and Justin over the summer for a clients video project that suddenly was canceled halfway through. I found out from my client that they disclosed what they were being paid as a sub-contractor. I suspect that they went around my agency and contracted directly with my client. I cannot recommend for that reason. Hopefully, they will be professional and return my call.

These guys are so awesome!! They were such a pleasure to have at my wedding, even though it was SOOOOOO stinking hot they kept working hard all day! Anthony was so wonderful and so comfortable to be around throughout the day!!!! I cant wait to get my videos Im sure theyll be beautiful!

Justin and Anthony recently live streamed a speaking and book signing event at the school I work at, they were easy to work with and very professional!I will definitely use them again next year for the same event.

I needed a last minute wedding photographer. Everyone else was busy, but these guys showed up the next day and even threw in a video! My wife is so happy!

I live in West Yellowstone and when a tree damaged my roof after a storm a few months ago, I had Bonafide Film House come out and film my roof to send to the insurance. My daughter was had her wedding last week and Im so happy that this company was there to film it. I called all around idaho but I couldnt find anybody to film her wedding how she wanted it. She was very specific that she wanted a video of everything and nobody else wanted to do that, all the other companies wanted to make a movie 45 minutes long or 30 minutes long or 15 minutes long, for the same amount of money, but when I talked to this company on the phone, they said they would give us full movies of each event, something nobody else seemed to be able to do. I was worried the wedding being in pocatello would be too far for them to drive but they didnt seem to care at all. they shown up with bells and did fantastic work all day. i was also worried since it was a very religious ceremony but they were very respectful and even asked at the beginnning of the day who they should talk to so they would be able to observe any rules necessary and not step on any toes. good people here.

I would never recommend the wedding videography services provided by Bonafide film house.We paid for the premium package which was to include all day film coverage, the bridal and groom preparations and most importantly (and the major deciding factor in upgrading packages), the free standing video guest book for people to leave messages on. We were absolutely in love with the idea of getting to revisit heartfelt messages from all of the people who travelled near and far to the wedding. It was a huge hit and many people told us they couldn’t wait to us to hear the messages they left.They showed up over an hour late (and after I called to see where they were) and never went to film my husband getting ready, even after I asked. They also did not film things SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED in the pre-wedding questionnaire.Fast forward 4 months later (end of December) and I still had not heard from them. I reached out via phone call with voicemails and multiple emails. After the third or fourth attempt, I finally heard back. After we got the package, we realized there was no guest book video footage on the disc. I figured maybe because it was the holiday and times were busy, it simply got missed. I reached out MULTIPLE times again before hearing back and was told they would look into it. By the middle of February, I still had not heard back about the footage. I reached out, again, and finally got an answer. I was told that during the guest book filming, a guest at the wedding kicked over the camera not only corrupting the footage but breaking their camera as well.Not only did were they unapologetic, they were lying. Justin, one of the videographers, grabbed my husband and I towards the end of the video booth filming and told us to go leave a message that they would include at the end. After we were done filming, I watched them package up the camera. The camera was placed far enough away from the dance floor that there was no way it was ran into but also somewhere that would have been witnessed if an accident happened. Furthermore, had someone knocked it over and it was set back up, they would have refocused the camera and seen that the lens was broken at that point. Lastly, I highly doubt it would have taken SIX MONTHS for them to figure out that an expensive camera had broken.When addressed with my concerns, once again they were unapologetic and made me feel as if I was in the wrong for wanting some sort of compromise or reimbursement. Additionally, the film was missing a large part of what we had asked for so I asked them to make some changes. After yet another months, they sent a revised footage link to my email. How on earth am I supposed to watch that in 30 years? Recheck my email and hope the link works?Since all of the important and sentimental guest book footage was lost, I was looking for some sort of compromise and compensation. I asked for money back and all of my raw footage, as well as the new 15 minute video placed on a disc to keep. They were again slow to respond and hesitant to help at all. It eventually took my husband calling and being rather firm for any action to occur. My reimbursement (of a very minimal amount) also took about 3 emails and another month to receive.Overall, their customer service was TERRIBLE and they were unbelievably unprofessional. I am a very reasonable person and had my lost footage been addressed right away with a genuine apology and a desire to compromise, I likely wouldn’t be here writing this review. While the footage they did capture was good, the overall experience and money spent was not worth it. If I could go back, I would have never ever booked with them. After this happened, I learned that I am not the only person to have irreplaceable footage simply ‘lost’ by Anthony and Justin.Do yourself a favor and book with anyone else.

We needed a videographer in Montana to shoot the construction of several solar panel installations in remote areas near Helena, Bozeman, and Billings in the dead of winter and in the worst possible weather. Crushpix is a video production company located in the San Francisco Bay Area and we were not looking forward to traveling to Montana to shoot in January.We looked at samples from several companies and spoke with a few of them. We were immediately impressed with the footage produced by Bonafide Film House and were instantly put at ease after speaking with Justin. They offered to take charge of the shooting and had some beautiful examples including gorgeous footage from their documentary, of aerial photography, and shooting in harsh conditions. So we took a leap of faith.Justin and Anthony were extremely reliable in showing up, shooting timelapses starting at dawn, they were thoughtful and resourceful and took care of unexpected issues as they came up, worked well with my clients on site. Being so far away, this was a huge relief to us.But in the end, the only thing that really mattered was producing great footage and THEY DELIVERED. The footage we now have (which they sent out to us the evening after they shot it) was exactly what my client and I were hoping for and more. They provided lots of interesting and well thought-out material to choose from - properly exposed, in focus, creative camera angles, a nice variety.Communication was good throughout. They listened and provided more than what was expected.I would recommend Bonafide Film House to anyone looking for video production services in Montana and would encourage other production companies to reach out to them if youre in need of reliable assistance.
