What a wonderful place to get a food box if in need.

They are always willing to help just wish the people they do so much good for werent so stingy, greedy and just all around rude. Seems sometimes people are treated in a certain way or labeled not by their looks but simply by their own actions!🤷 Everyone should just feel blessed and stop all the negative and Im owed attitudes then we wouldnt have split sides we would all just be on the same page. The food bank is for everyone in need, but in my opinion someone with a car vs someone without is in no less of need because of that one possession. Dont judge if you cant be judged in return.

When going to the foodbank for my family and myself, Ive always have been treated with kindness and understanding. The staff is always very helpful even when its a full waiting room. Everybody is just super. Thanks to everyone for your much needed help!

They are never rude, always offer my kids a lunch/snack/books, and we get great local products from hunters and farmers.

Super helpful! Always here to help you! You also dont have to worry about not getting enough food in this location! They are kind and super loving! Anytime Ive needed to go in, its not at all nerve-wrecking! It is a super understanding and awesome environment! If you go in there for food they will offer a variety of other services that could help you out in any way! Definitely recommend to anyone who is hungry and has a place to cook! A lot of it is perishable! But it would be hard to keep all of that food in order for a month without a place to live! I hope the review helped you! Thanks for the read

Great local resource if youre struggling. Staff is wonderful and compassionate. Last month two of the workers gave me tips for making some meals with the food I was getting.

Really great place, never hesitant to give you more than enough food for you and your family. Not an awkward place to go either, they make it a very comfortable exchange even though you feel bad for having to go. Real life happens sometimes, and the gallitan valley food bank is the first place to let you know that someone is always there to help!

Staff and Volunteers are always welcoming, friendly, and never judgmental! I only go when absolutely necessary, but never feel like an inconvenience, or like the scum of society when I do go! Ive been to other food banks that treated their community members horribly. Thanks GVFB!

This place is unbelievable!! The kindness and as positive, vibrant energy is prevalent here each time I have gone for assistance. An organic selection on top of a massive variety of produce as well makes for a number of meals to be made for our whole family. Thanks a ton to the HRDC for such awesome help to the ones in need!

A great service of the HRDC. Really friendly staff, offer a lot of great food options and a good variety. Usually have fantastic fresh produce from local gardens. They also have a bread room thats open without any application submission. Just come in and get rolls, sandwich bread and even some artisanal selection. Inside, I always check out their game cooler which typically has venison and antelope.

Love this place and what an awesome food bank where you dont just get handed a box you get to get a cart and shop for what you like and such amazing staff and volunteer help!

Gallatin Valley Food Bank is a blessing and all of the volunteers are so helpful and understanding without judgement. So if you ever need a hand up, dont ever be hesitant to go in and talk to someone there.

The staff are great, I dont go very often but they welcome you with open arms.

Gallatin valley food back has a few different options. As a resident, you may shop at the food bank 1x/month. They have many organic options. The fresh produce is excellent, especially during the summer when locals donate from their gardens:). They base what you can get upon how many in your household. You go through with a shopping cart, much like a grocery store, and make your own choices. They are constantly stocking as folks go through. Sometimes they can offer pet food & some personal supplies. I believe they have a program for shut in and never refuse food for elderly folks. They also have a separate bread room open the same hours as the food bank. It is available to anyone at anytime. In this room they have bread products and any leftover produce & also milk at times.Sometimes there may even be a few items out by the bread room for free. I saw someone get a whole couch there!! For the bank, you need to fill a form(very easy), take a number & when it is called you go up to the desk. You will be explained how to proceed & how much(ex-1person, 5 small yogurts or 1 large). Volunteering is a wonderful opportunity here aslo. The staff is very friendly & I assume they can always use more volunteers. This is also a great place to learn about many other helpful options that Gallatin Valley has to offer, ex-info & schedule about the free bus service throughout the town. I saw info about a spay/ neuter clinic coming through town too!The Gallatin County Food Bank is a fantastic resource which helps many families as well as individuals! We are extremely fortunate to have so many caring & giving folks around Bozeman!

These ppl work hard, are super friendly that go out of theyre way for anyone who comes in. The bread box has fed us numerous time.

When I called and told the lady that I really needed to come in but I couldnt make it until a few minutes after they closed, she made a point to put a box together for me so that I could just pick it up and still get what I needed.

This Non profit is filled with awesome people and it is a great organization trying to help people in need by distributing all types of food to lower income Montana inhabitants.Respect!

Best bread I ever tasted thats a lie but the crust Im still flaking of like dandruff comes with regret wait itching my head but thats because she was so brain quaking earth moved that day my memory says go to the cafeteria at MSU or find the teacher that has a pet because any role she has would be right hand to, God can she be the one
