Mike in the bike shop is great! I recently took my daughter’s bike in after her tire popped while riding. He replaced the tire quickly and adjusted the seat and handlebars! Everyone in the store is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store for used and new equipment and getting your gear worked on.

This place seems better for team sports equipment and exercise stuff. Not a good place to buy or sell outdoor gear.

Play It Again Sports has both new and used sporting goods and apparel. For a relatively small shop it has a surprisingly comprehensive inventory. Not every item on my shopping list was available, but I found most things and a few extras. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I have been buying and selling from PIAS for years. You name it bikes, ski gear, sports equipment, work out equipment they have it here. If not the inventory changes weekly. John has a great staff to work with. Becky knocks it out of the park with jersey design.

Everyone who works here is super knowledgeable and nice. They really spend the time to help you with your selections, especially if you have no idea what size you are or what will work best for you (first time cross country skier over here). Play It Again is spacious, filled with kind people who actually care, and has really reasonable prices. Definitely a gem in a town saturated with sporting good stores!

Great store. Seth is a wonderful person with a heart of gold. He is nice to look at and think about.

WOW! Talk about customer service. I am not sure if I have ever experienced such sincere and legitimate customer service in my life. I walked in to play it again last night and was immediately assisted by both Eric and Sean and I cannot begin to tell you how kind, funny, and helpful both guys were. They talked/joked with my kids and made us all feel like we were family friends. Sean helped my kids find some skates and Eric helped the whole family get set up with ski gear and we left feeling so confident in what we purchased. We are so excited to get outside and put this gear to work. I am not kidding when I say we got in the car after we were finished and agreed that we actually had a ton of fun... inside a store. I dont think I have ever seen my husband so happy after spending money LOL! You all earned customers for life! Thank you so much Eric and Sean for your help and your kindness. Amazing store, amazing employees, and amazing service!!!!

Just your friendly local sports shop!With winter settling in, our family opted for a stationary bike. John was super helpful in explaining how this shop arrives at their pricing and offered to hold a bike for the day while we thought it over. In the end, we went with the bike and appreciate Johns help! :)

They gave me a good price when I sold them my skis and boots.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, Seth went out of is way to help me fix a broken snowboard binding and was really helpful to my friend who purchased a nice pair of volkl skis for a great price, it’s a really nice shop with a good selection and knowledgeable & friendly staff. We purchased used ski gear from this store online and had the most amazing experience. Jon went out of his way to call us with order concerns and when our original ski boot choice wasn’t available they replaced it at no extra charge. The best customer service I’ve ever had through online purchasing!!!

Great place always willing to help!!!I wanted to thank play it again sports. There was a problem with my front fork on my seven peaks bike and that could not fix it and the manufacture could not send a new one. Since I had bought the bike there they hondered their warranty and did everything they could to to fix it. What they did is the took a really nice front fork form a different bike and put it on mine. The were always willing to answer my questions and very helpful!!

Ive had excellent customer service every time I’ve gone! Unfortunately I only remember two names, Parker, who probably helped me try on literally every pair of ice skates in the store, and worked on my bike outside in the cold. Also, Dakota who helped me with some ski gear they both went above and beyond to help me! But everyone is always accommodating and helpful! I really appreciate them!

Personal favorite store to shop in! Great rotating selection of all sports, and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate the community support Play it Again Bozeman gives to all the local leagues and organizations.

I found the skis I want online from Play it Again Sports in Bozeman. I called them to discuss the condition and he said they have another pair that was in better condition and gave me the SKU # to order it. I had trouble finding that SKU and called back a couple times for that and mailing instructions and every time I called they were extremely helpful. I ordered them and they shipped it out that day and I received them 2 days later. They were honest about the condition of the skis. I am very happy with my new used skis! I wish I could remember the names of a couple guys I talked to so I can acknowledge them. But I do remember Hayden, who helped me the most. Thank you Hayden and Play it again Sports! Bozeman, you are fortunate to have such a great shop! If I lived there I would shop there for all my sporting good needs.

I was in Bozeman for the day and was happy to find a pair of used inline skates that were my size on their website. I called to inquire if they were still available and they were. Unfortunately, I was told it was too much of a hassle for them to retrieve them from the warehouse so I could try them on. I had to purchase them first online and then they would retrieve them. I understand and have empathy for their work/efforts as may or may not purchase them due to fit- however what about customer service?
