A beautiful old building now housing a charming quilt shop. Notice the ceiling, windows, and chandelier. Beautiful quilts on the very tall walls. I chatted with an employee who made one of the quilts on the wall that would be a class this summer. Very patient and informative lady. Lots of beautiful fabrics, heavy on the batiks it seemed to me. A good selection of wide backings and minky and soft backings. Interesting patterns from local or regional artists. I loved that. The store owner cut my fabric and was so nice. I didnt browse the tools too much but that seemed good. I followed a gaggle of older tourists that all bought fun things for their projects. They were pretty cute bring so excited to find their treasures. A very nice store you shouldnt miss.

Specifically looked for a quilt shop on Bozeman. This is a cute store right on main street. It is the usual quilt shop, nothing spectacular. They had quite a few cotton prints from the main designers, and a small section of wool. I did purchase a quilt kit and a wool ironing pad that I had been looking for for a while. It was a good store.

I live in Chandler Az. With todays troubles I was unable to find what I was looking for anywhere here or on the internet. My friend who spends her summers in Bozeman suggested I call Main St. Quilting. The owner not only helped me, but had my fabric in the mail very quickly. So much choice of fabrics, along with notions, patterns, beautiful sets and anything else you can think of. Staff was not only knowledgeable but also super helpful, helping me convert feet and yards to meters and figuring out how much I needed to complete my project. Would love to visit again!

The staff here is incredibly helpful and sweet. They dont mind if you come in only to browse their beautiful fabric - probably because it is hard to leave without buying some of it. :D It is worth noting, they have very nice minky for baby blankets.

Wonderful quilt shop. Lot of variety and very helpful staff. I live in Twin Falls Idaho but we camp in Island Park frequently, and a trip to this quilt store is always an absolute necessity when we are there.

High quality fabric. Membership rewards. Gwen teaches classes and she can send your sewing machine in to be serviced. This is my favorite quilting shop on the planet!
